First set of true leaves at 5 of may .. and today they are like this.. slow growth?

ohh they 10 days old then ? they are a lil bit small for age.i notice the soil looks wet,are the pots still heavy ? could be overwatering,very easy done with seedlings.

Slow and like Archie said could be over water. I soak my pot when I plant the seed and don't water again for 2 weeks.
