Sorry guys it may help to know that they are at day 35 ... Also I don't think they are stunted porky but I did struggle with ph issues at the begining of the grow that I actually almost got pegged but my run off is still low at 6 so that could be it too...

It's not unusual for plants of the same strain to have different nutrient requirements. You could flush it but if it's only a few leaves at the top of the plant, that may not be warranted. I would just give it plain, pHed water the next feeding and see how it responds, then go with a lower strength feed after that if the problem doesn't get any worse.
