New Grower What is foxtailing exactly?

That's most definitely a genetic trait for that plant. See how fat the calyces are swollen and stacked on top of each other. Plants forced to foxtail tend to have much looser developed calyces and not as symmetrically developed.

I was going to ask that because I've seen a few outdoor grows that look like that, and the gardeners said it was normal to them growing outdoors?

Soo looking at the pics of the plant I posted would u say it looks genetic or forced?

Can you give me the strain name? I would like to look at genetics.. Kind of looks like how my autoextreme turned out a few years back..

Well i work a lot with Sativas or Mostly Sativa Strains and Foxtailing there is mostly a Geneticly thing. My Current Project the Vanilla Pines was selected cause of its crazy Foxtailing and its amazing Vanilla Pineapple Taste.but yeah such foxtails come out when u make a 4 way Sativa Cross.... Mostly genetic when outdoor growing is involved.. Unless grown in bags or pots outside its hard to overdue nitrogen in a healthy soil environment.

Its laconfidential from dna....

That's 100% indica and I have grown it several times.. Knowing that strain as I due, it looks more like a genetic mutation rather than a stressed plant bro.. How many days in flower did she go?

Oh wow! I thought for sure it was forced..kool. she went almost 90 days...and could have gone longer I think but the green crack that was in the same medium was ready soo I just cropped em both soo I could start on the autos I'm currently growing.

Yeah that's a 55 day average strain for me in flower. Definitely a mutation then but those do happen from time to time. Especially on freebie seeds in my experience.. So no worries and glad I could clear that up for you bro..
