New Grower What is "missing" in autoflowers?

Ok ao Wappa photo is strong and has significantly different effects.

Instead of a stone I am getting an edgy, racy, slightly dark and heady effect, spaced would be a good word to use. It is complex but I would not say superior because there is a tinge of anxiety creeping in which I did not get with the auto counterpart. I would have to guess that the CBD takes the edge of the THC effect in the auto version. Which for me is prbably preferable as I find the slightly photo version edgy feel a little uncomfortable, still ok not too freaky but it has a much more swirly / inertia feel in the head.

Some of this could be harvest time related (wappa photo very early harvest at 5/6 weeks into flower)

Very different effects indeed.

It has more of a eyes dancing about effect and it really numbs your memory.

Tang, have you tried Qush from TGA? I think it is my new fav!

I've just been wondering if smell, taste and appearance are linked to tolerance in some phycological way? I mean if you have a strain you absolutely love the look and taste of...some real peng you would gladly smoke/vape every day until it ran out. In my case it would be Blue Velvet, damn I would smoke that shit till the end of days.

Right now im growing 4 dragons and 5 auto diesel and 4 photos (2 panama and 2 orient express) from top notch breeder Ace/cannabiogen.

When harvest come i will invite a whole bunch of friends and let them try out all strain without telling them what is what and let the tell me what they think about the high and let them compere.

Been thinking more about this and I had a little Fast Bud left from a spring grow, which has been very nice indeed.

I have no Seed breeder affiliations and grow from various seed breeders but I have to say I think Sweet Seeds have a very novel approach which they tend to publicize quite significantly and I think other banks had better follow suit.

Sweet make a fairly big deal about generations. 2nd, 3rd and no 4th generation autoflowering seeds. May I recommend checking out an auto called Sweet Seeds Ice Cool Auto (4th generation) It has Fast bud genetics within it.

The way they do this is to take a good auto flowering strain and then cross them with other great mother photoperiod plants. This supposedly brings forth many of the things we favour in the photoperiod plant such as complexity of high and yield. Paradise Seeds also have a 4th gen plant an Auto White Berry.

I would suggest that if something is still missing that you try these strains out and see how you get on.

As I say I am finding the Fast Bud buzz very satisfying, a nice uplifting, creeping high and then a really tranquil sleep and munchy inducing relaxation towards the end of the buzz.

I have my seeds I need for now but that Auto Ice Cool looks killer. Worth considering.
