Is this only on one leaf?
Could be heavy on nutes or bugs... Check the underside and look for wee black bugs...

Not the whole Plant the Lower Leafs 2-4 Leafs have that.
Check for insects like Seasiick said.It could be a little burn from nutes splashed on leaves.I wouldn't worry to much but if it continues let us no.
