New Grower What is wrong with this plant.

I'd remove the leaves with problems, like one or two a day so you don't stunt the plant. Keep an eye and see if it shows up on new leaves that weren't damaged before. If it continues, go easier on the nutes. You definitely want to be able to check your ph, though.
