New Grower What is wrong with this plant.

For the budget conscious

Tomato fertiliser is a good starting point for flower nutes (I largely ignore the hype of super-nutes - may gain a few grams while draining your wallet - my opinion only of course - but space n stealth is my game until i can legally grow a forest at which point nutes might be an issue)..

In the UK I recommend Tomorite 4-3-8 (also contains seaweed extracts) - its a damn good starting point once flowering gets going if you are budget conscious (fraction of the price of 'Canna' nutes !!. I start with a high N in my soil mix and then just add a bit of P K booster going into full flower and additional Cal/Mag (Humbolt? SeaCal +Epson Salts for the Mg) thoughout my grow (LED CalMag Whores that I have).

I really haven't seen a 'benefit' from expensive nutes (I have tried some tho I admit that's not doing side-by-side comparisons myself), Hmmm got a new grow coming on soon, I could do a side by side if anyone wants to send me several hundered £ worth of so called advanced nutrients....

I use a combination of Botanicare and HydroOrganics. Not crazy expensive like Advanced Nutrients, and I do feel they help. But that's for bloom, veg is really not a big deal, they'll take anything and be happy about it. The blooming divas are the ones you have to bend backwards to please. *rolls eyes*

I don't know if it's just me but I've also seen a lot of weird bud formations (douple/tripple heads) on purple phenos - Ive only grown these outdoors and had attributed malformation to climatic shock (aka crap - or unexpectedly sunny so under watered - weather).
