You should use somewhere between 15-20 LPM air pump for one bucket. A 30 LPM pump will do two buckets perfectly.

Here is why you want at least 50LPM correctly diffused make sure you have the correct airstones to diffuse 50LPM, you cannot have too much air in your bucket. As long as you have it diffused properly you can put as much as you want, I would recommend the 8" flat disc diffusers, they are a little pricy but well worth it
