Ok, I've got my first grow going now. Starting to Bloom and SMELL. I am going to get a scrubber/fan but I need to know what size. My tent is 3x2x5.5. What size fan and filter should I get. TIA:dunno:

Hey bro.. A 4 inch fan and filter would be fine in that space.
Most stores do deals for fan/filter packages...."AFN smoke out"

How is the Noise? trying to keep noise down.

It's fairly loud. The electrical sound of the fan is not bad, but the whooshing of air is noticeable. You're not going to have it running in a closet and people not be able to hear it. My first grow box used a bathroom fan like this which was quieter but doesn't move as much air: http://www.amazon.com/Air-King-BFQ-...UAXW/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1392847277&sr=8-3. You also have to wire your own cord onto it and come up with a way to connect the intake to the filter. I'd only recommend it if you absolutely must have stealth, otherwise inline fans are much more effective and easy to use.

If you're worried about noise.. I went from a can fan to a TD silent fan and LOVE IT. I can sleep in the same room in peace and it cant be heard outside of the room at all... I have a 6" model being used on the low setting in a similar size tent as OP.

I can also vouch for the TD silent. I'm running the 5" version in 2'x2'x4' tent. I also reduced the voltage to the fan with a step transformer to make it almost completely silent. They're pretty expensive but if noise is a real concern it's a good investment.

Im looking for noise as well as working to clean the air of odor. Might stick with the can fan, kids come around and don't want them to be like whats that smell

With a decent carbon filter, you will be fine. It pushes air out like a JET. I get family coming around all the time and I've flowered 6 plants max with no odor issues at all. If you want near silence and odor control, its your best bet. Just look at the DB and RPM specs here: TD SILENT SPECS

When your kids are around, for better reassurance, set out some ONA blocks or candle tart warmers. Even a few plug in oil warmers if you have to.. My visitors always compliment the scent and have no idea what's in my grow room.
