New Grower what to do with my Hermi ?

Just need some advise pls! Ive just come back from doing the daily check up and have found a rather nasty little set of bollox on on of my little girls! first time its happened in over 25 beans so im not really upset and the little heshe hasn't shot his/her load as it were. Ive picked off the 4 offending flowers and put it back in the room but need to know if it will keep doing it. the only thing Ive done different to this one out of all the beans Ive done is to top it after the 4th node ( i was just curious to see what happens ). What should i do with it ?

Just cut the balls off but either way when your buds form they will most likley have balls in :smokebuds: Im not 100% on this so wait till someone else chimes in

cheers for the reply guys, its got lots of female bits but like i said just 4 male bits on the main stem...... def dont want seeds from that as itll prob display the traits in the offspring ( I think ). ill wait till i get a few more posts then put it to the vote!

My rule is if it took some act of extreme stress-- accidental or planned then I might breed it. If that topping was the stress that did it then that's a valuable plant. If on the other hand any old stress or even no stress hermi's it-- kill it!
But your not sure are you?---if I had room I'd make a few selfed seeds-grow a few---top half at the 4th node-- and see if some of the topped plants hermi--- and if none of the untopped plants hermi--well at that point I'm going to run a bunch of stress test because by Jove I just might have found it!
I have such a plant it takes pure sodium light-heat-humidity-no circulation and then repeat light shocks to get just a smigen of pollen. It can handle anything else and no pollen.

The only stress I think it has had to endure was the topping, its been growing very well and without any issues. Ive already taken the 4 male flowers off and put it back in the room, im gonna take a bit of pollen if i can and save it for a rainy day. maybe start some breeding.

IMO it's best to pull the hermi and save the rest of the plants from the risk of pollination....it's not a total loss though...the hermi plant can be infused into coconut oil and consumed or used as a topical....the roots also can be infused into coconut oil and used orally or topically .....even the stems can be included!
The whole plant be it male or female or hermi can be used.

do not breed with or save hermie pollin for later use , hermies breed hermies , and if it went hermie due to a simple topping it is IMO junk

you can continue watching it and pull any balls you might find , but be very carefull and look CLOSELY into the buds as best as you can , watch for the burried nanners poking out , if you see any , kill it

When u have a son you only have to worry about one penis. When you have a girl you have to worry about everyones penis. My point being if you love your little ladies you set an example or where you find a couple of balls there is sure to be more coming. IMO (I would kill it before it breeds)
