Extraction What to make with under developed mmj crop

I'm growing in green house and this year I'm late. In my neck of the woods frost is only weeks away. I have a 4x8 light dep plastic hut some of my plants could go in as extra frost protection but not enough room for all and still not enough time to completely finish out. Some my gorilla glue and green crack will be lucky and finish indoor under light. But even if I give some away I'll still have a few under developed so what extractions to make with them.
