New Grower What water do you use

my water is so bad, I can tell when its time to change my RO filters! My plants start looking like they have a PH issue. Change filters, BANG! back to normal.
I use a lot of water so I also buy filtered water from a local company, 5 gallons for a dollar.

I grow in soil. Water is really hard in my area ec in summer about 0.6 which caused me a shit load of problems during my first grow, then
I switched to cheap bottled water and noticed a difference straight away.
After much trial and error I now give bottled water to my young plants up to the first ten days then switch to my tap water that has been through a simple water filter and then bubbled/ sat out for a couple of days.
