whats going on here?

... overly strong light can cause them to stay rather compact, with really short internodal distances,... keep them well moistened, however is fine, and up your feed conc. to 1/4 str.,... what kind of pH tester, a meter or probe?

i moved lights up 4in. yesterday. the meter i got is a probe type with 2 probes. do you think i should go back to just watering a small circle instead of completely saturating them like i did the last watering? also I've read to feed at each watering for autos but my nutes instructions for coir say to feed every other watering. i fed 1/4 nutes the last watering except ca/mag which i added 1 tsp./ gal. thanks again for your help ! Happy New Years to you!

:cheers:Thanks Steve, you to as well!
...yup, with coco, something must be added to the water always,... coco breathes very well, so don't worry about too overwatering,.. if you're not getting significant run-off, and usually you should,, you're fine,.. pot size as mentioned is too big, which messes with you frequency of inputs,... nothing to do but wait and see what these tweaks do for now,... aside from checking the coco's in pot pH,...

here's some newer pics. they aren't as yellow but i have some new brown tips on the older growth and lots of tiny leaves with small spindly reddish stems. even the bigger leaves are only 3in. at most. still seems lacking in n but the new brown tips worry me. I'm starting week 5 and I'm reluctant to start pre bloom nutes. I'm drenching with 20% runoff every 2-3 days. maybe i should water lightly daily instead? i cut back the cal/mag to 1/2tsp. per feeding. any ideas what i could do to spur growth? can i expect a burst in growth as i near blooming? they look good otherwise. clocks ticking! thanks!

Hmmm, still pale, and with pale veins too on that one,... I think there's an overall nutritional issue here, symptoms are kinda vague, general... again, back to that pot size and low inputs over time... stay on the grow nutes for a bit more, and I'd look into getting a micronutrient supplement, like Earth Juice Microblast,...
I don't know what kind of stretch to expect from this cross, if any, they should be sexed and blooming by now... Different strains, different in-pot dynamics, different tolerances and needs, make for highly variable grow characteristics between plants! Are you taking a pH and an EC/TDS reading of the run-off?

i just ordered a tds meter. up till my last watering/ feed I've been trying to ph 5.5-6ish but not exact with the drops. got ph meter coming. i am feeding flora micro w/ a 1/4 tsp. per gal. blackstrap molasses. i phd my last pure water at 6.5-7. run off phed at 5.5 to 6. some MG lockout? i noticed yesterday i have 3 newer dark green leaves definitely showing claws? wtf? maybe i double dosed the N but i don't think so.but even then i shouldn't be that over on N. I'm due to water again tom. as the top is mostly dry now. but I'm going to give half recommended full dose veg nutes dose for now. next week start bloom nutes. 2 of them are have buds. other 2 were planted about a week after the other 2. all are fems for sure. my well water is hard. maybe I'm oding on cal/mag ? more than 1 issue going for sure! i should of went with a organic soil grow as thats what i use in gardening. not a fan of chemical nutes but was willing to try something different. as long as they produce something ill be happy! i appreciate the help and you're patience! i would repay the favor if i could. happy growing!
