Here's a couple pics and a little confused.
2 plants going, this tall one and a smaller one.
no issues with the smaller one,,,,yet !!!
I'm in dwc with leds.
this started about a week ago, I was thinking cal mag def. but now thinking manganese def.
ive been keeping my ph at 6. my ppm's are around 600,been running calmag through out grow.
lights 20/4.
watertemp 66, box temp around 83, humidity around 60%
wondering if I should lower my ph down to around 5.7. me keeping it around 6 and up, but no more than 6.3.
or am I way off on this.
how bout it @Waira ,what do u think.disregard the red or brown, just shadows.
the leaves, dont need a problem this close, thinking 2 weeks to a month yet.
this is only on the tops, lower branches good.
seems to start at the base of the leaf and progress out to the tip.

:pass: hey mon! :jointman: ... can you break down you nutes/sched for me? Likely, at 600 ppm, they aren't getting quite enough food,... P especially, and likely micronutes (Fe, Zn,),... yes, the LED makes for difficult diagnostics, so reg. light pics too if you can please,... color rendering is a big part of it! I see some purple burnishing, maybe some necrotic patches, aand that color fade, all hint at P defc., but some of it is of course, normal fade and maybe color expression by this strain (?)... but strong yellowing at the tops hints more at a micronute issue, could be compounded by the P defc. as well,.. I'd see about a PK booster, and also Micronutrient supplement,.. Earth Juice Microblast is a good one, no N (like in many "Micro" parts of 2-3 nute systems), nice sulfates mainly for compounds,....Fe/Zn are immobile within the plant, so that's why it shows on newest uppermost leaves.. they can't be translocated to where they're needed more from older established tissues,...

@Waira ok, thanks for responding.
I simply use 2 part solution plus cal/mag.
Growing like this for years.
Everything i have read dosent seem like potasium, lower leaves not affected, growing in hydro, tips not burned, etc.
Well i did a flush today and dropped my ph down to 5.7.
Gave another full dose of all 3 parts.
Which gets about 620 ppm..
Let me see about pics.
Thinking only a couple weeks yet.
Maybe just go with straight water next week.
She is frosty though.
I thought about it being simple coloring but the yellow starting at the base of the leaf then spreading instead of at the tips. and the tiny rust spots.
here's a pic from 2 weeks ago.

lots of hairs turning orange now too.
i'll see if I can get a closeup with a flash,best I could do.

-- P = phosphorus, Potassium is K,... almost always, K defc and ironically, toxicity shows burned "teeth" tips along margins,... I'm not a DWC guy by experience my friend, but I know the availability of so many nutes in aqueous solution is very tenuous,... a little pH drift, and borderline defc.'s can trigger into more overt ones! ... yeah, might be moot to treat, aside from what extra nutes will add to it,... budding seems juicy to me, so if she's P defc., it's only becuase she's using every bit she can scavenge for foods and leaves! ... but Fe/Zn are very important for metabolic reactions,... the yellowing seems to be starting from leaf base out, classic Fe defc symptom,... do what you can mate, even now, a little micronute boost can help, if not correct on the leaves,.. often, plant experience defc's without showing outward symptoms at first, but compromised growth/bloom can happen none the less,... one reason why I automatically add extra micro's to my nutes weekly, just to prevent them,...

ok,thanks again, yeah I was just reading about iron and zinc from your charts.
This is a first for me, I will be checking into micro nutes.
I will jack up the K tomorrow morning and get a couple closeup pics.
one thing about a flush, drain and replenish in hydro is it always give it a burst of energy, dont know why but it does.

.. just don't go too heavy at this late stage, mate,.. generally, the plant stops using it so much toward this final week or so, and you don't want her overloaded with excess nutes,.. No K issues here though, maybe just some P,... with mixed symptoms, it's more difficult to call! Check out the Defc. Pic Depot here in the highlighted section above this one,.. you can see what the symptoms look like under less muddies circumstances,...:pass:

@Waira Yep, i look at those and some others ive seen.
I just didnt really associate any of those with whats going on.
I know things happen fast with hydro,
Ive seen changes in 12 hours .
At this stage i dont know if it will harm the buds. Still alot of white yet too.
I also hear you about excessive nutes at this stage .
Fiqure 1 or two weeks yet but will this slow or stop its normal time ?
edit- this morning I checked ppm,its at 650,decided not to add more.
they do drink a gallon a day.set ph at 5.6, took more leaves off, quite packed in the cabinet.
temps have gotten cooler the last couple weeks too, that might account for some of the darker mottling but not the tiny rust dots.
here's some pics, dont know if it will help you or not.
best I can do with led's off and camera with flash.
just not sure if this will affect the rest of the bloom ?

now I'm worried they wont continue to fatten up.
I know, I know, why did I put two in that small space.it was not my original plan, trust me.ha.

...:coffee: hydro is squirrely fast, no doubt! let me get my man @MedGrower in here for further comment, he's hydro-skilled far more than I!... great pics mate, BTW! I know flash can exaggerate the appearance of symptoms,.. yes, it's looking a lot like early Fe defc., some P defc. too (necrotic patches),... oh, get your pH up to 6.0, that will help increase Fe availability,... there's time to add some Fe if you can, and I think it'll help yields,.. Fe is a big player in nutrient and energy metabolisms,... I don't think things will go tits-up if you don't-- but some fattening is still on the docket yet, and she'll need the tools to do it best,.. let's see what Med' says,... :pass:... juicy mama's there too oldcoot- :hump: :spels:

Ok thanks.
Ha ive been keeping it a ph 6 0 the whole time.
Thats why i fiqured to drop it lower to 5.6, tonight at 5.7.
Also showing some start on the smaller one.
Both same strain.
She is sticky !!
