Whats the cause?

FFOF is considered too `Hot`(too much nutes) for many auto seedlings. It looks like it`s stunted your girl(maybe burnt her)! If using that medium, it should be diluted/mixed with a `lighter` medium, to `cut` it(so t`speak). :2cents: I`m sure someone else will chime in(if I`m off the mark!). :peace:

You hit it right on the head krug. FFOF is very hot and heavy as well. I use it with great success but I use it 1:2 with another soil. If you don't mix it some strains will be extremely stunted. Best of luck :karma Cloud:

bummer and thanks for replying so fast.

i flushed the top layer of it before i planted but im guessing the roots made it too the non flushed section and since ive been pretty lax with watering the soil is killing her T_T. i hope i can at least bring her back to half strength.

anyways should i take the FFoF and mix it with perlite and some all natural soil i got from lowes and if so in what measurements if i base it off a 3 gallon pot?

I wouldnt give her anymore nutes at all for a week, see how she picks up, I would have expected more growth, thing is without knowing PH, Temp, etc... Does the vag your medium come in display PH that would give us a start point, would you say it was excessively warm? Your pics are very small and cant really see but with leaves like that at an early age would be nute burn or too hot...

You know since i'm so new and am going to need this type of help often im guessing lol ill do what you state and not give it anything like that for a week and just use water and make sure it gets good ventilation and such until i get paid then ill prioritize ph testing strips... not as good as the digital meter i want but its also quite a bit cheaper lol i can at least give a ballpark area for you guys. ill also grab a cheap temp gauge. I'll be back here then with a more detailed plea for help :)

I'm not too worried about it... even if its not going to go anywhere as its my first ever grow under extreme limitations... i'm much further along with information than i was 2 weeks ago and the beauty is i get more knowledge daily and now know i can mix the hot soil with perlite and other none hot soil to give my auto a better growing medium.

not 100 hundred percent sure but i read somewhere on the forums qite some time back that somebody ran water with a ph of 6.5 or 6.8 through a pot of FFoF and it came out 5.7 so im guessing thats not very good. whats the best thing i can mix with FFoF at the start to give a auto seed the best growing medium without going all extravagant.. sorry very low pay and need for simplicity where i stay is a must so i know i wont be a yield king but i know i can at least get a few grams

Can she be saved?

Here are the pictures of my low budget quick set up.
