Actually don't smoke it lol!
That is called guttation, and it's essentially xylem sap made up of water, nutrients, and minerals! It is NOT a pool of THC lol.
Guttation can occur in certain conditions where there is a lot of water in the root zone at lights out; osmotic pressure forces the water into the plant roots, and the pressure forces moisture out through the pores of the leaves and flowers.
It looks cool, looks like syrupy sap, but it's not something you want to smoke.
Herb magazine and Leafly both QUITE FALSELY reported on this with the Pinkman's Goo strain; claiming it's inherent to the strain, but guttation can likely happen to any cannabis plant under the right conditions (I've had it happen on my Sweet Seeds Red Poison in the past.)
