Indoor What's wrong with this picture?

Damn, I'm in trouble! I don't know any of that stuff!
I planted it in Stay-Green potting mix w/fert. I have a fan going, using cfl's. I'm wasting my time and money, right!

Oh yeah, Auto Heavy Bud.

You had chosen wrong soil. Whatever else you did wrong could not make such picture. It is overfertilized or too acidic or both.

This is a plant that leaves in very hostile environment, as it looks.

Now you have two options:

1. You keep growing this way and get very little out of this plant.

or

2. Start a new grow and find someones setup here around to copy it. That will most probably include some light mix, but depending on continent where you live, brands will differ.

Yep, soil. Pants are getting burnt from fert then lock-out due to the salt soluables in their tiny root zones. So you got 1. too much and now 2. from result of 1 they are in essance acting like it's a dessert bc to them it is because their roots are nearly not working anymore.
If you want to revive it: (you will not get great out of this plant if it is an auto now)
Replant in a sterilized good starting soil with a double cup to transplant with to not disturb root zone during transplant.
Go easy on the light to give the roots time to recover (even drop back to 16 on/ 8 off) until it put out better looking leaves and spritz it with RO or Distilled water until the roots come back

Good luck.

OR just do it over (as stated above) while recovering this one on the side to build experience and understanding of the plant

Also with other opinions. I dont like the look of those blue ball things. Cannabis is extremely resilient, but no baby can endure such hardship of over nute and/or over acidic water.

a pH pen is a must (and calibration fluid and good practice). Good soil too, and its not expensive at all.
Keep this one going for fun and practice, and gear up for another plant.

Making mistakes is the best way to learn. Heck, even when I was going great plants in hydro I managed to kill a whole crop due to stupid grower mistake. Now I see it as stupid, but I thought it was logical at the time. Learnt another great thing NOT to do. Also, my very first run in coco, my little babies looked far far FAR worse than this, and I managed to get them back to life (and good yield, though it was a photoperiod and vegged them ok before flowering)

So true Groff. When I did a coco coir run, it was a disaster. But, I learned so much. And yet still got a zip or two out of it.

We learn more from our mistakes than we do from our successes.

Because of the troubles you are experiencing, I'm willing to bet that right now, you are a more knowledgeable auto flower grower than you were yesterday, and when this grow is complete, you will be more knowledgeable then, than you are now!
