When to put outdoors?

As the title suggests, when should I put them outdoors?
It's triple digit heat where I live and I don't want them to fry, but the seedlings are about 4 inches out of the dirt and I am afraid they may fall over.
 
Here is a photo. Dutch Blue, Super Hash and Cream Caramel, all autos of course.

With those temps I would have started them outside maybe in a shady spot, unless it gets too cold at night.
I would set him out somewhere shady for a few days and try and move them to more and more sun over a few days.
Just make sure they stay moist.

that small and a gust of wind can kill them , be careful , if you put them outside add some soil so they are not so lanky ,
