New Grower When to start feeding?

I have some seedlings, 1 auto and 4 photos, that have been in soil for a little over a week. I started watering the soil about a week before planting. I am using pro mix bx and I know generally you need to start feeding after 2 weeks or so. If I went from the date I started watering the soil they would be ready to feed but I wanna make sure they are ready so I don't burn the little girls.

I just read in another thread, that's basically what Muddy recommends, give a very light feed on day 7-10, depending on the strain.

Give them a light dose of veg nutes when the get there third set of true leaves.Normaly you start counting age from the day they pop there heads out of the soil.

Okay thanks namvet :smokebuds: I thought that my nutes would have been used up in the soil quicker because I started watering them early. Does the soil retain nutes until there is a plant to feed?
