Nutrients Where have i gone wrong with biotabs/autopots?

Good morning:coffee2:

Hm, definitely COB'S have been to close for week 4, 31"-36" sounds good to me, heard from some grobro's here having problems with biotabs, in one case the tab didn't melt as it should, so the plant was underfeed and in the other case tab melted to fast, so plant got burned heavily!
To me it looks a little bit like overwatered, couldn't be or? and xould plz upload a pic of the healthy plant to compare? i'm not using biotabs-->no experience!
maybe @Ryker604 can help out or know somebody?:pass:

I had a big GBOG in 25 litre pot with 3 tabs and she got greedy and ate them all up too quick. Ended up with a very N heavy plant that didn't flower properly until about 70 days!

COULD BE under watering though??!!

Soil looks very dry and plant looks quite small from limited view in the pic. If she's too small and hasn't developed a root ball, she can't drink.

Have you tried giving her a top feed of plain water mate? I would try that next.

Now that's interesting, thank you very much!

Hey Guys :D

Looks very much like overwatering to me. Droopy heavy leaves?

I would turn on my rez at day 20 (or when the leaves have reached the edge of the pot - around day 20).
If you've been watering every day - hold back a bit as you'll want the roots to search for water.

Just my 2 cents! :d5:

Edit: Feel free to check out my biotabs thread in my signature. The growing starts on page 3. (but i forumlate the "plan") on page1.

You'll see that i used little pots to start (to help control the amount of water used), and even when they went into the big pot.... i was still only feeding 1 cup (the clear plastic one) of water to start with.

The only addition i would have made would be silicum flash (as i had some defs) ... and also be a bit less lazy degassing my cholrinated water towards the end (when i'd run out of rain water and tescos water)

I don't think he can hold back the watering, his res has been on since day 17 so not hand watering Blue?

We need more detail, to know exactly what is happening and what the history was I reckon.

Dont panic, it is organic, ;)

It looks like a water issue.
How the grow space is described all should be good.
The watering part from the 'loose' hand is what growing is about.
Those first couple of weeks, when not hooked up to a system are crucial.

If the plant settles more, and you have a autopot. she will be fine.

Would love to see the state of the lady ate the moment ;)

Green greetings!

Hey guys, thanks for taggin me in. I agree with you all so far. Not a toxicity for sure. Lights too close, and a water issue. I would double check the filler valves on the auopots, sometimes they clog and cause underwatering symptoms. Pulling the lights up to 36" or 40" will help it recover. If this plant is the only one of several showing symptoms, that is why I thought of the filler valve. But hand watering this one will help.

Seems to me everything has been said :toke:. While you could get N tox from BioTabs, I don't think that's it and agree with the water problem side, as folks already mentioned :2cents:.
