Lighting Where to buy HPS kit?

There must be a lot of people on this site who have purchased many lights from many different vendors/suppliers over the years, and I would love to hear some recommendations on where to purchase from.

My goal is to buy an all-in-one 250w or 400w HPS kit that includes the hood/ballast/bulb...Basically everything that I need for the light. I have a small grow tent (63 x 36 x 20 inches (H x W x D) with 6" vent-holes, so it would probably be wise to buy one of those "cool tube" models...

What do you guys think? Any recommendations on where to buy? I can only have it delivered via USPS, which is a limiting factor...

Hey man I've bought all my stuff from amazon. My 400w hps which came with the HPS bulb, air cooled hood, ballast, and an MH bulb was about $200 including shipping. The brand was apollo horticulture. I also bought a tent from Amazon. I find their stuff is cheaper than my local hydroponic store.
