Lighting Which led would YOU buy?

I am having problems deciding on lights for my 4x8 tent. I have narrowed it down to either 4x apollo 12 from cidly with grow northern spectrum. OR these units called matrix s900 with a controller and such. Made by Ledzeal which is the same as eonstar led based out of cali.

Cidly (BRAND NAMES GROW NORTHERN, GROW BLU) seems to be more proven but have heard great things about the ledzeal units as well. (BRAND NAMES NEW AGE LED, EONSTAR)

So which would you choose and why? Has anyone heard of anyone using the ledzeal stuff???
