You need to get some diamatecus earth to use to top your soil of new plants and the current plants need to be watered with the Azamax soil drench technique using the product Mr Piggy mentioned.
X2 on the DE, it's a natural born killer. I have some mosquito dunks waiting in the wings (I've never used them before), but maybe that would be a safe control measure to look into...
Karma for you and your gals, Nixx. :karma Cloud: :peace:

will DE work on springtails ? xxxxxxx

Not from what I have seen in my research this morning. Pytherin was the only thing I have read that works and then only short term.

They thrive in damp areas, and are susceptible to desiccants, DE being one of them.
I would try a 3 prong attack, personally. A heavy top dress of DE, a good blast of pyrethrin, and address any watering issues. Make sure you don't have any standing water, open watering cans, and that you're allowing your soil to dry between feedings.
Here's a good link on springtails:

If they're spring tails, most species do little damage to cannabis plants.. there's like 2 species that do major damage. I'd use SM-90 and diamatecus earth if they're available to you. SM-90 is all natural and organic.

I've never dealt with them but they're supposedly in loads of different soils, out of the bag.. gotta reduce humidity, let the soil dry up some etc etc. There's lots of conflicting info about whether they're beneficial or not.

Guys or galls loving the feedback. Glad I'm bringing this to the front.

Cos I been researching this for weeks now.

I had suspected they were springtails.

So I have dried them out and one Super Haze i salmost clear from that alone.

As I didnt know what they were and Im really protective about giving shitty stuff to my gals, have been spraying the safer insecticide and it seems to work.

now I hve taken a very sick northern lights, de potted ( run off was full of bugs - i mean teaming ! ) her into a black bin liner and have drenched with the Safer insecticide.
