Hi bud! It's either the wonderful myco, or the dreaded pythium mold. It's hard to tell, they can look quite alike sometimes. What brand of coco is that? Can you get a super close zoom pic of it?

Ill have to take a pic in the morning its dark over here. I hope its my mykos. Its gh perlite coco but in fairness i stored it in a 5gal home depot tub with lid on. But when i opened the tub it didnt have any bad mold or white stuff.

It's probably just myco. I've heard a couple random reports of coco getting mold, but I think it's generally unlikely. Plus since you said you used myco on the plant, it does spread around like it should. : ) So it's probably fine. I'll check the pic when you put it up. Keep an eye on it, if it goes crazy or the plant starts looking really sick suddenly, it might be bad... but it's probably the good myco.

I tried looking online and i didnt have much luck finding pics of mykos growth on plants so thanks for the advice of keeping an eye on it. I sprayed it three four days ago with organicide and it disappeared but then it showed again yesterday morning so idk if that helps at all haha. I thought mykos just stays below the surface of the soil on the roots?

If it's just on the the coco surface, it's not affecting the plant. The coco surface can collect all kind of plant debris, and with nutrients can probably support some fungal growth. But even if a fungus strain somehow is growing on the surface of your coco (presuming this is not a systemic root rot-type fungus infection), the plant is not affected. If neither roots nor leaves are showing signs of fungal growth or other problems, you don't have a problem.

But what about your humidity and ventilation? How damp or over-saturated is this coco? Unless you've recently watered, coco surface should be fairly dry after a few hours of light/heat and ventilation, such that no fungus could grow on it.
