if it wipes of it's mildew.Did you look under the leaves for insects?Too early for any def so it could be just a freek plant.Just wait a few days and see if the new growth show the same thing.Some times weird things show up and they clear up on there own.
Yes I noticed this is mostly on first two leaves the new ones are less showing this problem

..older markings are not getting worse, right? ... new growth looks better too? This just might be some funky color spotting, seedling can be probne to show such things,.. key is watching to see if it progresses, and new growth does or doesn't show similar markings,...
Just checked of pests couldn't find any will buy microscope to check again. But the closest signs shows leaves miners not sure if this is what am dealin with

not pests thankfully, markings aren't right,... thrips would be the closest for this pattern,.... don't sweat the midrib color, that's fine,... I think this is just some odd color break, pretty common,...
