Just a quick update on the Auto Assassin and White Widow (photo).
Quick water today following BioBizz Nutrient Schedule, this seems to be working very well! I haven't had the yellowing I usually see at this stage of my previous efforts. I'm really surprised how tall the AA is, it's only a 4 litre pot but she is as tall as the Sugar Mango (21-22") but not as wide branching. The pot is tall and slim so maybe that has something to do with it.

The gift that just keeps giving!

So I harvested my Short Stuff Blue Himalaya yesterday (gift from a friend). This super mini, weighed 30g wet.



Then I found this when looking though the cuttings today!

What type of micro scope do you have there? I bought two microscope of ebay and they're both crap. One claims to be 60x but I'm not seeing any trichomes.

I have a usb one but that means I have to cut buds off the plant, bring it to my computer and check it. Would much rather prefer this way.

Please let me know exactly how you took those photos! Thanks!

Happy, I use a $10 Carson MicroMax (60X-100X) LED lit magnifier to hand-check mine; don't think a guy could easily take pictures with it (takes some tinkering with the focus,) but if you're not worried about pictures, it's a very cost effective magnifier that works very well. You'll find many variations of it online; it's a rebranded product so if you see many brand names with the same product, that's why.

I haven't used them, but we've got a member that found an attachment for her cell phone that clips on and over the camera port and acts as a magnifier (that can take pictures using your phone!) Depending on your cell phone model; might be able to find something like that!

Personally I'm looking into an AmScope compound microscope for some other work that I do; you can find some desktop models that have a camera imager that screws into the eye piece, so you can view from one piece and image from the other (and take videos!)

Mine's a usb aLso, but on a long cable. I shake too much to use it hand held so I tape it to cane, and I lean it into the spot I want. Its just my scope won't focus down enough to see the trichs clearly

Even my USB one is pretty crap at seeing the trichomes. I've seen pictures of really nice clear trichome images.

Like I said it's good but the images are pretty grainy... here I'll try to get some images up....
