I hear you Dude, thing is, I can-but don't want to spend any more money on tents, equipment, etc. I share my house and stealth is priority. I have a garage, but going in there every day carrying things in and out (even just water etc) will raise suspicion or I would have made my life a whole lot easier at the start and bought a tent with HPS and grown photo. I just can't do that unfortunately. My cab does work well, it's just getting a little warm in there, I can leave the door slightly open to let some heat out but of course, I'm also releasing the sweet sticky Mango smell too! I was looking at LED lighting today, maybe that would bring the temps down a few degrees in there. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't get into the 90's in there but it's still a little warm for my liking.

Does anyone have any experience going from CFL to LED? I can get a 400w Vipar led for a good price, and from the spec I would imagine that it would bring down the temps by at least 5 degrees. I need to look into that in more detail but any advice appreciated.

Ok so quick update on the plants, Sugar Mango is so close, I haven't watered in over a week to help her dry out, trichs are around 70/30 cloudy/amber. A day or two until chop I think....first real harvest! Wooooohoooo.

The Auto Assassin was getting too tall, almost touching the light so I had no choice. I tried to bend the main stem near the top and yep, you guessed it she snapped. I wasn't all that bothered, because she was going to hit the light anyway, I should have done some LST weeks ago. So I put some tape round the break, took a look this morning and I shit you not, she is bending towards the light again! Even with some of her stem snapped she is STILL growing! Hehe-these are persistent plants! But I'm sure the height problem is fixed now! I'm interested to see what happens.

White Widow is just sat veggin' happily at the back there. That is where she will stay for now!

Pics..

Just a couple of pics for anyone worried about snapping a main stem! These things are so hardy, in 24 hours it's showed no signs of slowing down, she's bending towards the light again, Check it out!

Looking good man. I use a 200 watt Apollo 6 LED. I got it for $230. I love it. It doesnt put off hardly any heat at all.

Harvesting the Sugar Mango tonight, who's down for Trim Party! Good tunes, whiskey and some creative cutting!

I was just checking it out online-how many lumens does it put out do you know?
Got to be a lot more than my 20,000 lumen CFL right?!

Well guys, party over. I just harvested the SMR! I can't believe how frosty she is. Smells like mango candy! So I weighed what I chopped and it came to 120g. Obviously it's really wet and has some stem on. So come on guys, place your bets what do you think final dry weight? 15g-20g?

I've hung them in my drying cab, which has pc fan's as inlet and outlet, so a constant source of fresh air gently blowing the buds. It's a little packed in there but none are touching. I've strapped my Ona Block to the top next to the outlet fan, so all I'm getting is the smell of Ona in the room..man, that stuff is great. I'll be putting in paper bags in 2-3 days I think, give or take.

I'll do a report of some kind when it's dried and weighed properly.

Can I just say thank you to everyone who helped me get this plant to harvest! AFN is a great site with great growers but more importantly great people. Someone told me once that it's hard to grow anything without having someone who has some experience to help and they were 100% right!
I've managed to grow my own meds, organically. I can't ask for more than that!

Anyway enough, here are some pics of the plant just before harvest and the drying buds.
