Personal woes brother. Can't give anything my attention right now, I tried but they are coming down tonight.

Shame bro but sounds like you have your prioritys right.

Good luck matey and we will still be here when things pick up for you and we will welcome your return.

Thank you, I really appreciate it. I'm kind of a perfectionist. I can't, and don't, want to leave them to suffer. It's getting hot now here and the temps in there are rising. I'm not here to look after them, simple as that.

Love this site though and will still be around to contribute as best I can.

Much peace and love,

D

You don't have to grow to kick it....hang out please.

Hey to anyone who may read this. I'm about to chop my plants so please hear me out. This is a total cry for help. I have a lot going on and really feel so bad for these plants, I can't understand what I'm doing wrong. All I need is a small harvest for me and my mother. Every single piece of info I read or get told about organic growing, is that it should be relitively straight forward. Without going into details, I have a stressful time ahead of me in my personal life and this is not helping. I'm just trying to find out what I'm doing wrong for my next attempt, and to help out anyone else who may come across this thread looking for the same answers (surely I'm not alone in this).

I've decided to do a quick experiment before I pack down, so I can give the best possible information.

I just tested my tap water pH, straight from the tap 7.4. Stood for 24 hours 7.5.

I have just added Bio-Grow 2ml/Ltr and Bio-Bloom 4ml/Ltr, as per Bio-Bizz Nutrient Schedule.
Tested pH of solution, 6.5. Tested again, 6.5. (Is that jump normal?)

I watered the White Widow with said solution.
Run off pH was 6.5

This is what I always do, followed to the letter. But my plants, ALWAYS start to turn light green, red stems, wilted looking. The exception was this grow, I added a top layer of lime as I thought the pH had dropped. I've also upped the nutes because it looked like some deficiency going on. Just took these pictures now.

If you have to chance to look back through this journal, you will see the gradual progression of this problem through all the grows in here.
It too warm for me to grow indoors now, but I will be having another go in a few months when it starts cooling down.

Can anyone give me an answer to this? One huge lesson I've learnt, is that when I think back to last November, when I decided to try and grow for medical reasons, is that the advice I got from the first hydro store is completely different to any advice I got from the 2nd/3rd/4th store and so on. And especially different from everything I read online. I don't know where I went wrong, which piece of information I misinterpreted or was just plain bad advice, but the SAME thing happens to my plants, every time. They get to a point, and start looking hungry, but whatever I feed them (sometimes 5ml Bio-grow and 5ml of Bloom because some guy in a hydro store told me I had to have an EC of 1.8-2.0 for plants that were at my stage, and sold me an EC meter to be able to check that, the next place I went laughed at me for buying an EC meter while growing organic in soil!-thanks for that!). I even went and bought Plant Magic Magne Cal+ to help, even though NOT organic, yet still no improvement, they just get worse.

I'd just love to get some opinions, maybe start some debate :) . Would be great to hear experiences and any help to get me past my 1 successful harvest since November.

might try a light foliar feed of household amonia, water/amonia 20:1

The only things that I can think of if you feel confident that your Ph is, in fact, 6.5...

is something unidentified in the water you are using or unstable genetics. Some of the strains you've been running have
track records of being difficult to grow, finicky and otherwise lower in the success rate category.

It sure looks like a case of Nitrogen or Sulfur deficiency (looking at the leaf chart) I assume that's why GA6 is suggesting
trying a foliar of ammonia...
