Are you sure? It looks like preflowers are just about to come in on the branches. There should be signs of sex on the main stem by now.

I see no white hairs or no little bumps saying they are even trying its ok I just have to wait it out

Should be any time, give it a few days and if she don't show? you might throw her in 12/12 for a week, she might just need a kick start. every thing i can find on them says they are stable thoe? maybe give it a week then 12/12........
