Yes, let them dry out pretty good, but not completely dry. Go by the weight, after a few times you'll get used to how much it should weigh when you pick it up from freshly watered to dry/need watering time. Don't do the finger method and don't use a moisture meter.

We're rockin' now though. So sit back a bit and let those roots do their thing in the new mix. And keep in mind, the Ocean Forest has a fair amount of nutes already in it. Probably enough for the rest of veg I would think. Just plain Ph water until it finishes veg and pre flower. Normally around 5-6 weeks before it begins full flower and that's when you start you flower nutes.

sweet I see one problem already DAMIT. The light I have is not long enough to cover the plants. The new growth wants to go toward light I have rotated and moved them back and forth. it is only a inch or so short but I need to get some more lights in there. I have to go out of town tomorrow and will be back Thursday night. So I will water in the morning before I go BUT when I get back I will see if I have an old fish aquarium hood that I can put a T5 in but also thinking of making some sort of PVC bulb holder like Andy Botwin did. I hear ya on the OF having nutes in it, but it says to use blah blah feeding schedule. I only used 1/4 feed sunday when I did that transplant. I was thinking about treating them as if they were only one week old because of the stunting. Do nutes have anything to do with potency ? Well no need being coy, I want to feed them some, partly because I hear everyone doing it and the says so, plus I bought the crap. HOWEVER You are so kind for helping me and this is OUR grow. And the fact you have some rocking plants, It's all you bro I will hold off on the feeding and go with straight pH'ed water. I take enough pics you will be able to tell if they need something xtra or not. So I will work on getting some more lights in there and we will see how they are doing when I get back Thursday night. Mucho Grassy Ass my friend. What a relief they are looking so much better I can tell even more difference tonight. but I will hold off on pics till Thursday Night. :smokebuds:

All those feed schedules are for Photos not Autos. At least the ones I see. I should create my own feed chart. FDs is good too.

behind the curtain

well I made it back home, dodged the snow in Atlanta and home in one piece always a good thing. Just had to show what I saw behind curtain number 420. I also have ma in law in the house with me so I have to be a lil sneaky. but I will pull them out and take a closer look tomorrow but here it is what I saw tonight.
They still look tiny to me but looking a lot better than I thought they would.

Hey dude. I was just in that area, I didn't see any snow though. It usually takes a few days after transplant for them to get going again. They are looking good though despite the size. Do you have other beans and mix already? And space for anymore plants? Just wondering. Take care man. :smokebuds:

Yes I have 3 more of the NL auto Fem beans and probably space to get one or two more going BUT as we are on a learning curve here I am going to be happier than a pig in chit if I get one bud out of these things. As you know so well how much I am learning, I have 2 separate private journals that I am keeping a daily record of what we are doing. So far I know I still want to fine tune the lighting system, (I will take pics of that later for you to help with lol) also need to make sure plants are in same size pots. one is about 3 inches taller than the other and making it a little rough, but not a big deal. I can not tell you how stoked I am I watered with 6.5 bubbled pH water Wednesday before I left and again this morning and I swear just since this morning more growth is happening. UNREAL. like you said no nutes yet. I will try to include some more pics tomorrow and you can see what I am talking about. un frikkon real I am doing the dance. :dance: also as mentioned My maw in law is going to be here a week or so, I am going to have to be sneaky but she is sick (trying to nurse her back to health) and 74 yrs old so I think I can keep it all cool. Thanks again homey for all the help I AM STOKED the look so good. PS yea it was supposed to snow but I left right after class was out and got the hell out of there so I don't know if it really ended up snowing or not. Those yankees can keep that shit. I am southern born and raised. WARM Sunshine rocks. Snow cold SUCKS.

haha. Gotcha. So glad they turned around, I just knew they would. Never underestimate Ph when growing, especially Cannabis.

My only idea I was getting at was that maybe in about a week, after we fine tune your lights and things like that, that you could start one more since they are fem beans. I fully believe that your two now will bud and make you happy in the end, but since they got stunted, I thought it would be a cool boost to start one good from the very beginning. Three weeks behind and it could probably surpass those two in growth. Not laughing at you or your plants, just thinking what I would do in your situation. You have a pretty solid little setup, and while although you are still very new, I think we've broken the "Ph barrier basics" pretty good. You now have a grasp on exactly how much difference that can make.

So again, just a suggestion or thought, but you could do it. If you wanna do that let me know and we'll walk through the very very start together again. But for starters, you would want two bigger styro/plastic cups to start in. 32oz minimum. Easy to get at Flash Foods or something, especially just needing two cups right now. Buy one soda and stack another cup under it, they probably won't even notice. And from there do the Tier Method. Go ahead and cut the bottom out of one and poke drainage holes in the other. Drop the cut out bottom one in the just drainage holes one and fill with your Jiffy starter mix. Water that bad boy with plain Ph water until you get a little runoff. Test it and get it right FIRST.
Germinate your bean(and we can talk about more germ methods if needed too) and plant 1/2 inch down. If you plant within a few hours or day of watering the whole 32oz cup, you probably won't have to water again besides light misting for several days. You want it to dry up pretty good all the way to the bottom of the cup so that the tap root stretches as far as it can. Sometimes I don't even mist mine, I just forget about them for a few days literally and they do wonderful. They're my babies, but don't need or want constant attention.

Aaaaanyway...Just lemme know and we will tackle this shit like the 49ers did the Falcons last night.

Well Here are the latest pics, I can not believe how much they have grown in last 3 days. Also Mr The Squid should I raise my lights a little bit to get them a little taller ? I have had the lights about 3 or 4 inches since the beginning and they seem to look like they are getting bushy (I am thinking this is all good) and here is a peek inside of the tent as well, any suggestions ? notice I had to add some bulbs just 2 for now but have 2 more if needed later. they say 1450 lumens ea. all lights are 6500k now. But whatever they seem to be doing a heck of a job. Here take a peek.
Sorry for so many pics but I am tickled pink TEEHEE HEE. Yes I hope SF can now whip that Raven arse. See what good work you do.

Now you can understand and appreciate how important that is for this passion/hobby. I am real proud of you, my man. :clap: You have come a good ways in a short time. Those plants are gorgeous. Beautiful, lush green and plants pointing upward. Greatness. Stick with it, you're gonna pull some frosty nugs off of those. :smelly: :gthumb:

beginners luck :cough: could not have gotten this far without you bro. And yes if this is a result of good pH then I am a sold moe foe. however I keep having to adjust pH everytime I keep the water bubbled but always seems to raise, so I end up having to lower it before watering. I thought FD said it would stay at pH level when you kept it bubbling ? And I guess it is time to check that run off or is it ok for another week or so ? again thanks for the compliments it does make me feel better, BUT again It is all you man. :smokebuds:
