Welcome to AFN!
Why not pop up a "hello" over at introductions for a nice warm welcome from our members.
I've not heard of that seedbank, but seen a few northern lights grows over the years. Strains and Phenotypes can vary from breeder to breeder, and i imagine it will be quite lucky to find people who have grown those strains from that breeder. (Unless Victory are massive like DutchPassion or Dinafem, Sweet Seeds etc and its just i havent heard of them)
Tell us what you're looking for from your grow and we may be able to offer up some alternatives that have grow journals for you to look at.
The proof is usually in the pudding here at AFN, so if something is recommended, there'll be journals or member reviews to back it up!

I am locking for a relaxing, euphoric high, very high thc content.
Fast growing, clime resisting,and very big yields.
Is a very good deal at the seed bank neer me, for the strains i've listed.
I will like to know witch strain you guys suggest, (excepting that they are from Victory seeds) lets say they are from a more popular brand.

.... Sorry I cannot recommend the above strains. I have zero experience with them. However, please look at mephistogenetics. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
