New Grower Wtb LED

Want to buy LED! K, so I am 100% noob regarding LED's, spectrums etc. I have some pannels allredy but I want another and I'm looking for some opinions. I'm from EU so nothing from outside of EU is good. And I want the best quality possible. On my google research I found 2 producers (budmaster and ofc HS1). Best suited imo is the HS cause of the low heat and power consumption cause this is the only thing I can compare + TaNg's grows... But the idea is to get the best in a ~500euros.
Feel free to share your taughts.

Edit: Maybe some links where I can learn about leds, spectrums etc etc.

Mars Hydro has a rep on site here and some great prices and some great grows ... I believe they are available in the EU ...

Can you compare mars with budmaster or the hs?

Plenty of HS1 grows on here bro and in my opinion a different league to Mars and Budmaster.

If you want a cutting edge light that can push grams per watt to new levels you have to pay for it,if you want a budget light that will 'do the job' get a Mars.

I see the choices more as, if you need to grow some meds choose a Mars, if you want to push numbers get an hs1.

Mars is a good option if you have a limited budget for setting up or are only growing for a short period but I guarantee in the long run with the energy saving the HS1 will be cheaper too. To be honest it's not the quantity the HS1s can produce that's the best thing,it's the quality and amount of resin they are producing.

My original point was that you can't really compare the two without mentioning the price because it's a major factor in most people's purchasing decisions. I skip qualitative judgement on the basis of not having used both.
