watered about 2 hours ago thats why some are drooping. the new leaves are curling pretty bad. tried to take pics but am shit with the camera. ph is 6.2 - 6.6, medium is john innes number 2, john innes seedling and perlite mixed. under 1 125 watt 6500k cfl with reflector and has got 1 125 watt 2700k for side lighting.

im pretty sure the lights were too close but then all the new leaves that are sprouting are curling up, not just the ones on the top. thanks for any help. lights are about 2 inches away, shall i move them further? i dont want to cause more stretching though coz its already stretched a fuck load

you want your CFL about 4"during veg and 2" when she is in full flower.. If your o.k with the height of her then have it where you got it now just make sure you have good air blowing on the plants... I have the same curling with some of my girls only on the tops with new growth and they sort them selfs out in a few days.. Not sure what causes it tho  Looking healthy as can be :smokebuds:

Where are your temps and humidity at?

temp is 76 - 81 degrees, usually around 78 or 79 most of the time. was using 20/4 but after i started usin the filter the temps dropped too much with lights off so now using 24/0. ive no idea what the humidity is, probably low im assumin. forgot to get a humidity readin thing lol is it a necessity or will it not make much difference? thanks

With your temps you wana stay around 71c to 83c lights on and you can allow for a 10 degree drop in temps with lights off. As for the humidity it can benefit you a whole heap as your able to ajust humidity for veg and then flower too dry in veg and growth will be slow and too high will cause mold.. Its worth it even a cheap one will do as a ruff guide  i would say see how they are in a day or 2 and if you think its too dry in there put a damp towel in there it will increase the humidity not by a lot tho but every little helps  Also if you have a speed setting on your extractor try it on the low setting and doesnt matter too much if temps are colder when the lights are off thats pretty normal :peace: Si

i have a ruck fan and a dial thing to turn the speed down, it goes down to about 68 with lights off and fan running. theres no exposed liquid in the grow tent, so id assume its pretty dry. some of the leaves seem fairly dry, but its my first grow so i dont know lol. theres literally just the plant in there n the lights n carbon filter. shall i put a wet towel in now? ill get a humidity reading thing asap. thanks for quick replys

if you only have the 1 girl growing then id put a towel in just as its simple and easy if you had like 3+ plants the humidity would be around 50-55%rh anyways... at this stage a bit higher humidity would not harm her but too low Could cause slower growth just my :2cents:
