Yellow whitish spot

Spot on leaves it's a fast buds Blackberry Auto in Fox Farms ocean fresh in a Seedling started mix in the middle germinated on the 19th broke dirt on the 20 there are five other plants with it and those don't have any spots but it seems to be growing fine any suggestions or input would greatly be appreciated thanks

Yea there was some drops that were over Splash when I was watering it yesterday morning so it could just be a burn mark from the water and the light
