My plant is something wrong and its going yellow on me, I have tried all sorts of things like 0 nutes....high nutes..more flooding, flushing etc nothing seems to help.

LVL 162 in Forza Motorsport 4 is the highest I ever got.
What type of hydro set-up are you running?
I dont have a hydro...nor do I know what one looks like.
Your Equipment:
A) Type and wattage of lights. (MH, HPS, CFL's, tube fluorescents, LED's)
If this is like a personal preference question then I would like to use a 240w Blackstar LED
B) Distance from tops?
Which top, I have lots.... man some of these questions seem ummm...
C) Reflector type? (cool tube set-up, bat wing, enclosed reflector, bare bulb...)
I have a broken cool tube, sad days. I banged me noggin on it and it busted.
D) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule?
250 rings a bell so I will go with that, also I only know one person named Kevin but he will not come over and rate my light sorry.....I would rate it a good 7 out of 10 if that helps.
E) Is there a consistent fresh air supply?
Yes and No, its not safe to leave shit open here at dark time.
F) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan?
Yes I will have both.
G) Size of reservoir?
Not sure but it is in the MegaLitres according to the local reservoir brochure, not bad fishing either, plenty of 5KG+ Cod and shit. You can camp there too but ya have to pay...

H) Source of water. (tap or filtered) What's it's ph?
Tap and probably around PH 7
I) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule.
NF Coco A & B, about 10ml in 2 gallons, once a day when I feel like doing it.
On the bottles I use when mixing it just has A on one and B on the other.
J) What is the ec/ppm of your unadjusted tap (or filtered) water?
0 I believe
K) What is the ec/ppm of your nutrient solution?
from 0 to 700, varies wildly depending on my mood.
L) What is the temperature of your nutrient solution? (reservoir high and low temps)
About 293.15 Kelvin
M) Does your ec/ppm show a rise or fall when you do your daily PPM check?
As I add more nutrients it goes up.
N) Does the ph fluctuate?
I have no idea.
O) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you
spray? (Just after lights come on, just before they go out...)
I dont spray it I put the whole plant in the water, so sorta yes.
P) How often do you replace reservoir water/nutes?
I mix daily

Q) What size of closet, room or hut?
I have none of those, I grow in a Cabinet.
R) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off?
30c+ and 45ish% RH, when off I dont know as I cant see the display in the dark.
S) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom?
The was a Gnat flying around a few months ago but nothing since.
T) Are the roots long and white, or brown and slimy?
No, No, No and dunno as I have not touched them.
