It can if you live in an area with lots of sun, not using an autoflower and are doing an outdoor grow.
I've seen plants as big as a small tree (aprox. 3-4m).
You'll find more info in grams since most seeds come from europe (the netherlands) and other country's that usually work in grams.
auto's usually go from 14 gr till 56 gr or 0.5 oz till 2 oz if you're a more experienced those numbers might be a lot higher.
basically don't mind what they claim on website's just use the amount they advertise as a reference between knowing which plants grow more bud than others.
