Extraction Yoda making coconut oil

Hi guys
Just wanted to share my weekend(maybe week project)
I started off with aprox 8.5 to 10oz of high high sugar leaf and is say 90%popcorn buds.... I powderized It and than laid in a flat layer on a cookie sheet lined with alumni foil, which I fold
Over and sealed around the edges of itself . I than started off at 200f in the oven for like three Mins than would remove and let it cool down and I kept repeating this for a total of aproX half a hour of being under 200f than about 10/15mins (I lost track of time) at 270f.
I put all the material in to the slow cooker on warm with a 14oz jar of coconut oil and filled with water till material was covered....
I'm going to let this go for min of 48hours if not will even let it sit longer and than go from there...
Powderized some soy lecithin to add closer to the end... Really hoping for some WICKED powerful oil... I have a high tolerance
And am looking for something that 2 or 3 caps will get me nice
If anyone has anything to add to my process or I'm forgetting something please Let me know

Put mixture in fridge over night than drained water, but back on the slow cooker for about 10more hrs:.. Now I just did a strain of the material and a wash, I had to put the material to the side until I can located my potato ricer.... As I KNOW there is still more coco goodness that I can get from it.... Will now wait till the material free liquid get solid and than will drain water out again and repeat....
One thing I can say that's great about coconut oil is making it! Slowly feeling a nice warmth coming over me.... Jammed my wrist yesterday and rubbed some of the oil on there.... It's feeling relief as well :thumb: lol than like a little kid I licked the bowl and utensils clean!
Will post pics of the final product, trying to get it real clean this time.... Last run had chunks of material in it I can do better than that

Sounds like fun Yoda! glad to see you still doing your thing. My friend is starting more of your work. probably the first week today above ground. He has 2 of the TDxRD and 1 of the SS also will pm ya updates from time to time. Hope I can fit another in my next round, it was a killer smoke on all 3.

Coconut caps are the best!! They are very effective meds. Let us know how they turn out!

Thanks for the compliments... I've really only grown out a CRAP load of the super skunk.... I got in over my head and let the addiction of pollen get me.... The universe spoke... I listened... Had to re think whole purpose of growing and get back to the real reason, to supply myself with my own meds. :thumb:
I will continue to play with my pollen in a more scaled downed controlled manner... (Have a DR40 tent used for it). I am satisfied crossing and having fun for myself and personal acquaintances such as yourself

It was a fun and interesting year for sure! Was a great way to end it by taking my collection of sugar leaf and bud (almost 6-8months worth) and make this oil The rest of 2013 and 2014 is going to be all about VARIETY and running all the freebies and brought autos over the course of this past year and future orders

The lone dr40 sit alone quietly in secure location VERY FAR away from current crop.... Three or four 32oz cups and a 1gal air pot fit in there nicely.... A purple chem and a White Urkle began flowering this week alongside the over aged no longer growing lowRyder male.... :key: is control and resisting temptation... This Jedi will use the force and stick to the plan.... Feeling the oil

Man.i was wantingtomake.some.but damn i dint have that Much bud yet or trim. ,
I think ill Have to wait line forever and a Day orhow much would an OZ F regular bud

Does coconut have a advantage over the other oils?

It's been a long time since I did any research into oils but if I remember correctly it's because coconut oils are more easily absorbed by the body, could be wrong but something in my heads shouting that out :stylez rasta smoke:

coconut oil is better for you in general but it also remains solid at room temp so i like it for making capsules so there is less chance of leakage from capsule.
