I just rewatched "Interstellar" on bluray. :Woozy..?:
It was excellent. I was thinking,"Would I put 'Interstellar' in my top three sci-fi movies?".
My top three right now are:
"Children Of Men" (2006)-In 2027, in a chaotic world in which women have become somehow infertile, a former activist agrees to help transport a miraculously pregnant woman to a sanctuary at sea.
"Alien" (1979)- The commercial vessel Nostromo receives a distress call from an unexplored planet. After searching for survivors, the crew heads home only to realize that a deadly bioform has joined them.
"Serenity" (2005)-In the future, a spaceship called Serenity is harboring a passenger with a deadly secret. Six rebels on the run. An assassin in pursuit. When the renegade crew of Serenity agrees to hide a fugitive on their ship, they find themselves in an awesome action-packed battle between the relentless military might of a totalitarian regime who will destroy anything - or anyone - to get the girl back and the bloodthirsty creatures who roam the uncharted areas of space. But, the greatest danger of all may be on their ship.
"Guardians Of The Galaxy" (2014) is knocking at the door to get in as well.
What's your top three science fiction movies? I'm thinking "Lord Of The Rings" et al should be under "My Top Three Fantasy Movies".
