So I started this a little late. I had a lot going on, and to be honest, she was a little disappointing at first. I kept her going, though, and I kept her in style, because I wanted to give her the best that I could, since I said I would. I started off with two of them, as you can see in the germ photo. One of the two just didnt want to grow though. As the one in the tan pot reached a foot tall, her sister in the black pot was only half her size, IF THAT. I tried to let her go for another week or two after that, but alas, she stayed under 8'' tall. I needed the pot. It was a 5 gal. warrior pot. I have been taking photos this entire time though, so don't worry! There's not a skipped beat between her start,. and at the time of this posting, she's about 60-65 days old (ill check the books and update as needed of course. ) I WILL say, that the seeds themselves didn't look that great. one was REALLY tiny, two were very pale, almost not ready looking, and one looked great. but I saved the better ones, for the most part. I picked the best looking, at the worst looking, seed to grow. The best one was in the warrior pot, so that shows you what for how the seed looks. The pale seed is now over 4 feet tall, and growing.
She's still got a while to go. she is SLOW. only just starting to put a little bit of weight on her. thank gooodness. I was starting to worry about it. I did not want to put it out there until I knew which way she was going to go. I did not want to invest a lot of time in a sad journal. I would have spent less time on it, but still posted the info all at once, for the information.
HERE I GO, though. AUTOSEEDS - CANDY KUSH

General Autoflower Feeding Schedule (complete)
any questions just post them in the discussion, FEED SCHEDULE capitalized somewhere in there so I can catch it easier, and I'll answer it as soon as I see it.
WEEK 1
the black one is 5 gal warrior pot. the tan one is a small, 2 gal pot i got at the dollar store. It was meant for a tomato, but I needed it. (I wish now i had switched pots for the seeds, but i had no way of knowing which one was going to wash out. )
they popped about 12 hours apart, and look ok at this point.

This one right here, I could start to tell she was a little funky right about here. Her leaves were small, and she was really spindly. You can see that shes only a couple of inches wide. only a couple tall too. She barely reached above the edge of the pot.
b
HERE is her sister, in contrast. You can tell she's about double the size of the one who's pot is more than DOUBLE the depth of the tan pot. I started wishing i could switch pots right about here. I didn't want to, though, because I wanted to do this grow straight, since i feel like im testing it. I got it as a prize, and I said I would do a good journal on it/ I dont want to kill them BOTH. I had to kill the tiny one (later on in the grow)

March 19th measurement and comparison
aaaawwwwwww..... isn't she pitiful?!? shes only about 1-2 inches taller than she was a week ago. She just is NOT getting any bigger.
Here, ill show you her sister.....
THESE two are the one in the tan pot. More than triple the size of her sister by now..... I'm really losing hope for the one in the black pot, at this point. Just starting to look squished. Like someone is holding her down, or she's midget-ifying. Something awful.
Her sister, in the small pot, looks pretty decent at this point. Got some decent secondaries starting, and her stalk is nice and healthy. Everything looks good, and is eating normal at this point. Well, I did give the tiny one an extra boost of recharge, and trinity, to try and give her a little oomph.

Mar 29th (RIP black pot after today)
I decided to take them out of the closet today and do a measurement. So I got some better photos too. I'm REALLY REALLY sad about the one in the black pot. So much soil, so much light wasted. I put the best looking seed in that pot, and it was going to be the one i was going to do the journal on. This is why i waited so long to get a journal going. Because I was BUMMED. Anyways. After this photo series, I made the decision to cull the black pot, because it just was not going to get any better. It was growing into itself, getting all crunched up. I dont know what the deal was with it. Just a funky plant. I didnt like it. Her sister is starting to get a little bushy at this point, but her branches already have that quality to them that tells me they are going to be lanky. I decided to train her out, and ended up taking photos of the training afterwards to show what i did, because I really gave her a good haircut.
Here is plant black pot:
HERE is the one I kept. Height/side view first, then the full shot, then a shot of her trained out (that's the order of the photos) Her feed is right on schedule, and her growth is right apace with other autos I've grown at this point.
