Emerald Archer’s - Stories from the Quantum Lab.

Hello growers. I am a seed and my cultivator calls me Suki. He and I have met with the High Grand Council and were granted exclusive special permissions to share my secret journal’s contents. His pitch was, “Trust me, NO ONE will believe I have two talking seeds!”. That was when they gathered together, discussed the ramifications.. and eventually decided to grant us our outlandish request!

So…

over the next few weeks, I will share my story; and Blue will share hers.

My cultivator had a few goals which I am proud to say he was successful in overall execution. There were some moments i was uncertain he was the right cultivator for me, but what can I say beginners luck still counts as credit.

The second half of this journal I will toss over to my sister from a different poly-mister (or a potential fuck-ton of poly-mommies) Blue “The Bahamut”.

”Hi!, He calls me Blue when he is not calling me Bahamut. We will catch up later on in the grow…”

Oh! where are my manners?!? Bring your attention to the far left where you will find the restrooms - and to tour right next to the refreshments and snacks is a large block of salt (in the shape if an 8 foot tall indica leaf). There is a pick and even a grinder in case you may want just a few grains over the shoulder rather than a full on chunk or a lick.

Busty will get her own story - in the photo journal - Haha yeah that story is a good one. And if you didnt catch on in the title with three names…Ole Busty boo is a photo.

Anyhow, coming up in the next entry is my story of what I remembered from what he called the germination stage.

The Germination station.

[The scene: a quaint closet grow in East-West USA.. Allegedly.]

”Its dark. Unfamiliar sounds and scary movements. Then more sounds. What is happening? What is the commotion? Where are my sister seeds i was with? So many questions…”

”warmth. Im not sure what just happened but I could really get cozy in this soft stuff.. *Sniff* smells funny, but not in a bad way, im getting some hints of things here and there, that could be really good: and some strong scents which are making me a bit itchy..like I need to get those things..pretty much right now..”

“Its taking a lot of energy, but I think soon Ill be able to get to those smells! There are lots more regular sounds and things are a lot more clear sonce ive found myself in this now -delicious smelling ‘warmth’- . Now I feel some smooth and soothing water, it sort of helps me to scratch that itch to get to those nutrients! Thats what he called them.. He speaks to me you know? My cultivator. The Emerald Archer. I saw him every day. He has good CO2, I traded him some terpenoids and other various perfumes…but I am getting ahead of myself. I am so enjoying this -soil- he called it.”

“Finally the focus has accumulated Im FREE! *Breaks surface* man there is Light up here. And my roots get to slurp up those fabulous nutrients ! Its awesome. Its warm! I feel so good” now ill spread out these roots and get a bit of leverage”

“I see a little light” /stretch.

“I need that light” /stretccchhhh!

”Rea.. ch.. ing!”

[Coming up next upload, The Leggy Seedling.]

The Leggy Seedling!

“So, i think I left off with my continued attempt to get to that light.”

”I wish he would just take this dome off, its stuffy and kind of hot, i mean i really love warm, but hot is asking a lot ! Im sensitive. Im giving him the clues! HELLO ! I want that light please!!”

[his research led him to conclude that 48hrs under the dome was okay. His first time experience was: that 18-24hrs is a good start and THEN evaluate a 2nd day; checking 1-3 times in the 2nd day(or more if plant is receptive)… is a more appropriate and much better approach for the next run. Also of note, exchanging the dome air - 1 maybe 2 times a day - can be beneficial early on when seedling is under heavy humidity stage(s).]

“Look away if you are squeemish.. this lean was inevitable. Lol okay maybe not that bad, but it did require a brace. But he was able to start picking up on my clues a lot faster.. mind you, its been only about 8 days. He doesn’t know that he doesn't know, but at least he dosent think that he does causing things to potentially be much worse…”

“Dont worry, it gets better from here. My Cultivator got it together for me. He caught on pretty quick.”

“Im not sure if you know or not, but I plan to keep shooting toward that light. He removed that dome and the Light its even brighter in the last day or two! But I practically had to lean into the dirt before he would lend me a small hand. I mean throw the girl a bone here… Dome on, Light is so far away and faint..It takes all of my energy to reach for it that in the morning I was exhausted .”

”He did eventually come arount to checking in with ME first, then we started to get along much better. He somehow made the light closer, and brighter too, like on top of the proximity! So I started shooting those roots and popping out leafs”

”Time to ‘veg out’ soon..”

This was also when i started calling Busty a ‘Diva’.. she learned me two very valuable lessons: 1, each plant is its own self and has its own likes and dislikes. (for her my first lesson was watering, she ONLY likes the PERFECT amount of daily water). and 2, much like pets, you need to tune in to the clues and signals they are giving you… because they can’t simply tell you what they want (But you know it when you have done what they are asking of you).

I do eventually catch on but she has been a hell of a teacher.

The Miracrop and Exotic Genetics grow off.

This thread i started a while back is a bit of reference for this Blog’s fleshed out journal.

Hold on to your seats, there will be turbulence ahead; however ALL comes out well. Unexpected but IMO important breeding data extrapolations were expeditiously experienced. So since you already know the end, ill flesh out the beginning and middle parts, highlighting the overlooked and the other notable bits of data this journey unearthed.

It all began, in the murky depths of the interwebs and the dank depths of my mind: via the Quantum Lab’s…Seeds were selected and did indeed germinate.IMG_0601.jpegIMG_0528.jpegIMG_0529.jpegIMG_0530.jpegIMG_0535.jpeg

The pheno hunt.

As you saw last entry, 3/6 plants are smaller than the much larger trio.

the big ones are:
Pie Bomb (Miracrop)
Blizzard (Miracrop)
Guicy Banger (Exotic Genetics)

they made it through a ventilation error ON TOP of an unnecessary extra step of using a small juffy pot ‘transplant’ or ‘starter’ pot. They do work, but i feel like NOW vegging plants in June’23 that my 1 Gal Fabric pots are not a huge waste if they dont happen to make it, and ill take my chances from here on out.. soak bean, pop into amended soil (with a ‘scoop of starter’ so the seedling can get to around ‘transplant from a solo cup size’ aka 4-8 inch tip to tip..

So then the replacements were: replicated choices for the ones that stalled out…

Shot Caller (Miracrop)
Super Sport (Miracrop)
Island Chill (Exotic Genetix)

my thinking was, i can start these now and just veg the bigger ones longer….

FFwd to Veg

The plants responded to the fix in tent vents and started taking off. The larger 3 were about 4 or so weeks ahead of the new ones.
they shot up pretty fast however. This was a good 4-6 weeks into the big ones lives…

what i noticed is the Blizzard had serious vigor and a strong stem rub scent. Like an anis or a blend of citronella coffee and spice (like peppery). Also of note the Guicy Banger plant was almost equally vigorous. Very leafy. She also has a ctirus-ish spicey thing on her stem too. Pie Bomb was also a vigorous plant. She smelled like elmers rubber cement or new shoe sole (factory rubber).

Veg pt2

The smaller plant notes..

Super Sport (Miracrop)
Shot Caller (Miracrop)
Isand Chill (Exotic Genetix)

the miracrops were my favorite shape. The Shot caller was very nice structurally as far as buds and photo-appeal for me. I did not do justice capturing the differences, but as you will see very soon there was the point where growth went full on ‘Cray’ as my ambition did not directly translate in the best growing conditions (lessons learned for sure).

Shot Caller was a gasy terp and again I liked her flower structure.. that Diamond-esque Golf-Nugg with a cpl sugar leafs popping out. She got a nice yellow senescence when she was fading.

Super Sport was a great balance of wins, similar bud and growth structure as the SC, but more and bigger buds. She had a nice earthy funk and gas notes.

Island Chill was a good grower but she and her pack type mate Guicy Banger were both on the more ‘Airy’ bud type and more of the ‘Leafy’ branching as well.
she had more general ’weed’ terp. A different kind of spice, more floral/sweet than peppery/anis terp Like the Miracrops tend to lean.

as an aside and because she is my first canna baby in the making:
My Island Chill x Blizzard cross [Exotic Frost is what im running with atm (Exo Fro shorthand) ] F1 has great little structure and I believe the Blizz passed along a tightened up bud structure and favored branching type… but truth be told I flexed the shit outta the girls this run, straight up crossfit comp. Her stem (and the other F1 that made it Shot caller x Blizzard [Frost Bite (pending an OG tag if she hella gassy) ] also share that Blizzard anis terp thing i was hoping was part of his cross nature. Im fascinated by the nature of crossing cultivars and running the progeny comparisons .. but I digress..

here are the Veg 2 pics.
here are some pics IMG_0552.jpegIMG_0553.jpegIMG_0547.jpegIMG_0549.jpegIMG_0551.jpegIMG_0562.jpegIMG_0563.jpeg

The sad truths and the silver lining seeds.

When one does not know that they do not know, but are in the process of knowing that not known-ness… then things that you are about to see can happen, i mean UN SEE.
so disclaimer these plamts got topped and stripped and flipped. They shot up like they were trying to eat the light. Pics are worth a thousand or so laughs maybe. But nonetheless they grew and spoiler alert made some seeds for me. So remember im ‘doing the knowing’ in the moment.
a bit of a FFwd the stuffage and some bud pics

Buck downs

At some point I realized I had a male, but I couldn’t get him out for the weekend so pollination occured and since the tent was so stuffed IMG_0585.jpegIMG_0586.jpegIMG_0587.jpegIMG_0588.jpegIMG_0589.jpegIMG_0590.jpegIMG_0593.jpegIMG_0596.jpegIMG_0599.jpegIMG_0594.jpegIMG_0595.jpegIMG_0591.jpegIMG_0592.jpeg

Automatically Delicious Seeds run (Featuring Miracrop crosses)

So this part of the blog is dual purpose: my gromie-homie @Bob's Auto's hipped me to the cultivator’s badge path and I have a lot of the heavy lifting done…

Thus as the title suggests I will blog these Automatically Delicious Seeds genetics here and then review, in that space, in around two month(ish) [Late Aug]. I should be dry and hopefully cured around then and ill try and take enough samples to where i can wait a cpl weeks to let it do the do in the cure. The cultivars are another Skydancer bean (Sister bean to my first grow Suki-plant) and I grabbed a pack called Watomints. The Skydancer is a ‘Skywalker OG - IBL’ (In Bread Line) and the Watomints are Watomellon x Thin Mint cross.

Now I gotta admit, I was looking for the nearest thing to ‘Skywalker OG‘ back when I found these genetics and this was the available/affordable ‘solution’ at the time. They also had the Watomints that i thought would offer some variety at the minimum and may be a potential of a dreamy terp combo as Watermelon and Mint are up there for my taste buds thoughts. With all that said, I really havnt had a ton turn up on these breeders…

And finally the Automatically Delicious Seeds genetics are Femmed Autos. They came in convenient 5 bean packs - so as a beginner - all these combined traits (and price, full transparency) won my favor.

I also at the same time ordered those Exotic (Mike) Genetix scores: Guicy Banger, Island Chill [both Regs] and the Musty Buffalo freebie (3 Femmed beans). What happened next was I was trying to pheno-hunt and got in over my head.. tripped and fell into plants got preggers [Bow-Chika-Womp-Wowow-Owow] and I woke up with 5-F1s to see what is under the hood on… Breeding thoughts came to fruition at warp speed, producing EVEN MORE rampant recurring thoughts based on the near infinite possibilities i have accidentally unearthed!…

So anyway this run was going to be the last of my Miracrop stock and to check out his fem gear. As you will see this hit a snafu, and plants were fubar, but resulted in the opportunity to grow some autos in with a couple photos and sort of time up the light cycle to be around the same time-ish in my hopes and dreams… I grew the progeny out of curiosity of my ‘breeding’ interest. And now i have actual tools to work with that I (on the shoulders on the prior genetic maker’s giant shoulders) created.. in part, but ‘totally me’ in my own mind lmao.

These F1s were birthed from Guicy Banger x Blizzard and Island Chill x Blizzard. Another F1 was popped in the form of the Shot Caller x Blizzard cross more to come on this. The Island Chill seed was the one that ‘called me’ to check the progeny. the seed was just large and gray and looked like a watermelon. I chose the Guicy Banger F1 as well cause she and the Blizzard were having a vigor competition. I deduced that: naturally the combination would no doubt be a robust grower. I have no reason to deduce this other than what i equate to intuition. Sadly I had to put a contract-call to Kull the Conqueror on this one. As such next F1 that had me noodle basting was that Shot Caller. She had a great structure and really got overshadowed by the taller Pie Bomb, Guicy B and Blizzard plants that were slurping up the PAR, but her bud structure and growth was pretty good and her senescence was a pretty Limy Yellow deal.

Beans hit the Germination Station 4.0 March 15th. The following were the guilty parties. Peach Treaty and Stars (Miracrop Fems) the dream machine herself: the Island Chill F1 (aka my Exotic Frost) and the Guicy Banger F1 (vigor hypothesis). When the Miracrop Fems parished (ventilation error and over watering the jiffypots) about a month later I decided to go autos and hope they finish around 90 or fewer days, and thought why not do another F1 test and popped the Shot Caller F1. I also was hopeful (and in some ways testing another hypothesis about starting a fresh bean vs nursing a seedling back to health in the same time frame) i could nurse the sick F1 Exo Fro back to healthy growth and vitality. Ofc biased, but right now (today is June 29 as i type) she is the prettiest in the tent, and i love her bud/flower structure and lime green colorings. She probably has the longest to grow out but looks very dank as future pics are hoping to show.

anyhow enough word wall, here are a few reels of seed poppin and germinating.

.IMG_0610.jpegIMG_0609.jpegIMG_0608.jpegIMG_0607.jpegIMG_0606.jpegIMG_0615.jpegIMG_0614.jpegIMG_0613.jpegIMG_0612.jpegIMG_0611.jpeg

Seedlings and a critical error. And Lemonade from those lemons

IMG_0621.jpeg
Things were going great first two weeks, then some lows got low water hand got a little heavy on the ‘transplant’ up pot… and by the time i noticed my Miracrop fems were lost. My diagnosis was: I had a vent that wasnt closed all the way and it was enough shock to claim them. I decided to make some lemonade and test the “I should have just popped some new ones” theory, cause they probably will out do, or at least equal this sick - or straight up dead plant(s) - in around the same time frame, pushed back 7-10 or 14 Days… IF the sick plant survives.. Plus there is possibly even more vigorously growage due to being a seed. Lots of lemons though..
Unknowingly, that Lemonade became this here thread. :vibe:

I also wanted to test the Autos in the Photo tent. Jou see I have a meager “Super 2x2” [27x27x60] as my Lab and my head stash was nil. So i felt a need to bolster my head stash and variety all in one go. I knew 6 plants was too many, but was willing to ride out on 5er knowing they would not veg as long as the breeding run last crop. A less learned for sure. I also planned to train a bit more heavily as well and was hopeful i could train them ‘into position to fit’. And finally a wise bird said “plant more seed than you may need” so i wanted to cover my arse there too.

IMG_0621.jpeg

Things were going well…then they wernt. So as I Explaining earlier I had a vent/‘operator error’ that eventually was what culled my fems.

Shot Caller F1
true to form, the new ones are just a but bigger than the new beans and growth rate theory is checking out..fwiw

70432980437__4CBAC0B3-66B1-4B08-8AC9-B803D80088FF.jpeg

As jou see i quit the juffy pot starter all together and dropped the new beans right in the 1 Gals. this time i mixed my amendments and scooped out an XL-ish (around 32oz ToGo cup) section that i filled with ‘starter mix’ To drop the bean in. = no transplant (shock) no Jiffy pot to bust through. Can grow into the more dense food battery and take up as much as they need.

The last pic, the big one is the Guicy Banger x Blizzard F1, the far left is my Island Chill x Blizzard F1, she was barely hanging on. I essentially treated her like a clone clipping (disclaimer: I have not successfully cloned anything yet) and i clipped her leaves of the dead shit and really cut back on her watering. She liked only a bit of water in comparison to her tent sisters. The three ‘freshies’ were the Automatically Delicious gear and one last F1 - Shot Caller x Blizzard (Frost Bite) cause even though i am not a ‘breeder‘ (yet) i have my own section of ‘gear’ that i had a part in and I want to see if is viable: and what the Blizz passes on: and how the girls take that and what they add to the mix in offspring. I find it pure fascinating. its easy and difficult at the same time. I mean I made them kinda by accident, but at the same time I was able to complete the crosses to capture a seed lot and I am growing them. /mind is continuously being blown over this! And again, I liked the Shot Caller structure but she was a low producer in part due to tent space overall that last crop.

Ok i made up a word, I smoke so it comes with the territory, but Chiroplantry is what i was thinking i was doing on these girls.

I was gettin Busta Rhymes on the girls and roughing them over in the morning, bending tucking tiny supercrops… and the next day they be like.. pffft. Whateva.IMG_0699.jpeg
The Autos started Pre-Flowering probably 28 Days in, so i flipped the lights to get them photos on the same track. I had sort of pre-planned this anyhow, cause I would like to harvest before I go on vacation (tbd but looking lovely to time out well either way) in July. Or later this month depending on when I publish.

And that ‘grow more seed than you need’ … I am glad i covered that base. :headbang:
about that 5th plant…HE was the Guicy Banger F1..(G-String) I had to put out the call to Kull.

A contract call to Kull (The Conqueror)

As I eluded to, this here is a head stash run. And as much as I would have loved to keep some pollen for some future shit.. I dont have the space and I am NOT a breeder ATM and may never truly be, so Ima ride this ‘I made seeds’ wave i created and ’Fade to Bolivia’ like Iron Mike.

anyway.. the PI put the hit out on these balls…

Low key like, back Left (Skydancer) I had to give her the lift kit. There is a red coffee jar that lifted her within an inch of the rest of the tops. Barley visible but there. It definitely helped her her some PAR equality for sure.

Glamor Shots. Messing around with a ‘Studio Look’.

Just the straight Jack.. pics for thyne eyes to feast on. This is not a filter. It is a flashlight and an old defuser for the colored backgrounds and my phone with a splash of imagination and some good timing. Hopefully these come off and look as dope as i think they do.

I present the fanciest pictures I can claim taking for Magic Beans, but here is my Miracrop/Exotic Genetix crossed: Island Chill F1 (Exotic Frost) in all her Smexyness.

I dont think my trim jail sentence will not be so bad. only my Shot Caller F1 (Frost Bite) is a bit on the leafy side, but i been snipping the crispy fan leafs and figure at her current rate there wont be a whole lot left in the nxt 10-14 till I harvest. She (Frostbite) has the most noticeable senescence. but in general I shouldn’t be in for a ‘long trim-sentence’.

This pretty much catches me up. Over next month ill be harvesting and curing and ill make a snazzy review thread and apply for my cultivator badge.

This is the Captain speaking: Thanks for hopping on my magic carpet, please turn phones on airplane mode and fasten seatbelts and secure loose belongings we will be approaching the destination soon. (We dont need roads where we’re going!)

Waiting to finish.

PJust some ‘I’m waiting to harvest’ pics end of the the crop cycle. And a few notes.

IMG_0933.jpeg

Canopy shot. I feel pretty good about the training and canopy management overall. Plants got plenty of lower penetration.
IMG_0942.jpeg

Island Chill x Blizzard F1 (Exotic Frost).
Seems like the F1s both have a heavy Spice/Peppery nose, that is Earthy as well. I think it is the Blizzard passing along some terp. His stem rub and how their leafs smell when i rum one are very similar in scent. Also they both have similarly senesced and have a similar “look” despite being from different mothers. I think the Island Chill F1 is a bit of a longer grower, but that could be because she had to recover and those setbacks potentially delayed some other pertinent dominoes in the scheme of how her grow life played out. It could also be (as well as in addition to) because she is a ‘Sativa’ heavy hybrid…for what that is worth…in my view, pretty much everything is a poly-hybrid these days unless it is a landrace that has been worked, or a well known line bred that leans “Indica”, or “Sativa” if you will.. that breeds ‘true’ so to speak.
IMG_0941.jpeg

Shot Caller x Blizzard (Frost Bite).
Blizzard really passed on structural genes. The Exotic Mike cross was about what i had hoped for as far as him tightening up the Island Chill’s more ‘loose-bud-structure‘ and ‘narrow-leaf-variety’ ness… into much tighter more ‘Indica/Wide-leaf-variety’ kind of buds. The Shot Caller already had what I considered the ‘pretty bud structure’ when I grew her out, but she was one of the smaller plants and did not get equal PAR i think. Space was tight. Im sure yer yield suffered from the overcrowding. (Again, several lessons were gleaned from the Blizzard of 23 seed-snapshot.
IMG_0940.jpeg

Skydancer (B!tch be Frosty! and smells of Dank-Gas)
IMG_0939.jpeg

Watomints
(Best terp! Mind blowing candy/mint: I feel is most comparable to the Halls ~ Watermelon flavored cough drops (but not as menthol) and yes, I want to eat one: so next run I will definitely extract her and see if i can transfer a bit after decarb and a bath of everclear extractions…?) She has hella pretty nuggs too. Ofc IMO..but C’mon that is some nice bud tho. I just got a vaporizer and I am just itching to taste those sweet smelling terps.
IMG_0934.jpeg

overhead view, plenty of fade. Or as i like to call it, “Smexy Senescence”!

Note how the Automatically Delicious (top two) fade a yellowish green, they both have similar nugg structure too. While the Miracrop crosses both have some purple-and-orange-ish-to-yellow fade in the fan leaves and a similar bud structure too, and again I think the island chill F1 really got what i was hoping the Blizzard was going to pass.. at least visually in her nugg structure. he tightened up the whispyness her mother’s flowers had. Its hard to say for sure what is passing cause i did not ’select these’ (and as such had no goals i was aim to accomplish from the crosses) rather they were ‘good specimens‘ IMO, but selecting a seed doesn’t really count as ‘selection’ for plants.. also of note, I was not able to smoke the Blizzard so i hope its good and the crosses are too, lol.

Harvest is on the horizon at any rate…

Tronian Milatron (Wasnt sure where to put this)

Scored a dry herb vaporizer.
what attracted me to this unit was:
1. Simple buttons (3, power and +/- ) and display.
2. PRECISION Temp control and a great temp range.
3. Design concepts (mouthpiece ‘composition’ and heating chamber concept and design and 2.2g ) unit shape and size etc abd the heat up is just over 30sec…
4. USB C charger type.
5. Price. great value for the features .
IMG_0953.jpeg
IMG_0954.jpeg
IMG_0956.jpeg
IMG_0955.jpeg

Ill report on the functionality soon.

Harvest time notes.

There were a couple things i did differently this time.

First notable change was: I went with near 48hrs of LIGHT instead of DARK at the end. I did so in phases. Phase 1, i turned the light to min for the last day of water (Wednesday) lights are off at 19:15 during flower cycle (probably weird and oddly specific, but works for me haha) but instead i went to ALL ON. from here Phase II, I raised the light to max height and max power until 6:15the next morning Thursday. This morning i turned the lights back down to minimum power but remained at max height for the day Friday and most of the day on Sat. I harvested about 18:30 Sat. I normally harvest first thing in the morning of harvest day, but schedule was pressing for other things.

so besides the full light cycle at the end, i also ‘wet trimmed’ the big fan leaves ahead of the dry. Normally i just chop hand and trim dry trim everything after. What i am hoping is that this style of hybrid wet trimming/dry trimming combo can serve my needs. It so far has proved to be worth my time. Hopefully the new dry type pans out. I am hoping to sry 7-10 Days then buck n into sealed Grove bags to cure for at least a fortnight. (if not two, which i am aiming for, but have not had stash in a while and know myself all too well…)
IMG_0972.jpeg

Departing shot(s).
IMG_0975.jpeg

Shot Caller x Blizzard F1 (Frost Bite) she smells of Earthy funk and spice and some dank notes (that Anis thing the Blizzard passed) when i cut her fan leaves.
IMG_0980.jpeg

Skydancer (the thicc chic) She smells like straight up lube oil gas station funk. She Dank. She Loud. She gone be a good med.
IMG_0977.jpeg

Island Chill x Blizzard (Exotic Frost) She has a Sweet Spice Anis thing. Kinda sweet and floral with that slight earth tone, but not as gasy as the Shot caller x Blizzard F1
IMG_0982.jpeg

Watomints. She is the terp queen. She smells like a sweet watermelon candy that has a splash of menthol in there. (Think Halls)
IMG_0983.jpeg

closing in on the cure.

Harvest p.t 2: The weigh ins

one week later, much of the water-weight had evaporated. Going to buck them and pop in Grove bags to cure. Seems as if the fan leaf strip (aka wet trim) went to plan getting me a week of dry i felt comfortable bucking To the grove bags to cure for the next 2-3 weeks if not two fill fortnights to get right.
IMG_1004.jpeg

when i hand out the love, Ill get a gauge on how I did from Team-Terps.

IMG_1015.jpeg

‘Exotic Frost’ 14g (Island Chill x Blizzard: F1) where it all started. She is a cross of Exotic Mike’s gear crossed to Frosty’s McNosty‘s Miracrop gear. I nearly killed her, but she held on and I was able to nurse her back to health while the new Automatically Delicious (and what ended up as 2/3 of the pure Miracrop crossed) additions spawned. She has a special place for my grow journey and her and the Frost Bite this run helped me realize a faint daydream of breeding some hot gear and growing the prodigy from it... to smoke share enjoy. I ended up crossing two different ‘brands’ AND crossing the Miracrop gear to one another all in one massive go to the tune of FIVE - F1s to drive around the breeding track! Mind blown. Checked a lot of boxes albeit by chance circumstances..im hype.
IMG_1014.jpeg

‘Frost Bite’ (OG pending the smoke report) 20g [Shot Caller x Blizzard: F1] This was one of my Miracrop crosses. She won the weight contest, hopefully she is dank meds too. She smells kinda gasy with that anis terp thing.. im hoping for potent bed meds and some Saturday ‘Day-Wreck’ shit. I have not enjoyed the Blizzard yet so there is so much unknown. I am hype to try my own shit though. Meaning the all Frosty’s gear mash up in this 2nd variant of my (totally accidental) ‘work’ .
IMG_1011.jpeg

Watomints 15g (Automatically Delicious Seeds) [Wautomellon x Thin Mint] the terp queen, I thought she was going to yield the most but she had some larfy lowers i could have done better cleaning up and lollipop’n (which I will be more aware of going forward) a fun cultivar to run for sure. If I could make anything in the tent a candle it would be this one. I would love to press it, bubble wash it, green dragon tincture it… actually she will contribute 1/4 contribution into my next batch of Green Dragon tincture. My last batch is just about out, and lasted me al a full year (11 mo).
IMG_1013.jpeg

Skydancer 14g (Automatically Delicious seeds) [Skywalker OG IBL] She is the closest thing I could find to ‘Skywalker OG’ when i made the initial purchase plunge. The dry has sweetned up her terp some. She is still gasy, but has a sweeter more candy-ness to her terps.

total dry haul 63g near 16g avg per 1 gallon pot.. for my stash i aint mad. Me and my Team-Terps will be alright on this crop me thinks.
Once they are fully cured I will eport back here and do the review portion to get that smexy cultivator banner.

I got one ‘in the wild’ … well my grobro does..

So back from my Miracrop/Exotic run with the accidental pollination…

I gave one of the homies on Team-Terps the unfortunately seeded samples. We will call my friends “Mr Cubs” and his friend ”Mr Medical”.

Mr Cubs esp enjoyed the Island Chill cultivar (Exotic Frost F1s) of the 5 samples i gave him and said he threw a cpl beans in the herb garden this past winter like ’we’ll see what happens’.
Well, a few weeks into spring he says the seedlings took! When he took them from the herb garden he gave one to “MrMedical” and planted the other one in his back yard. MrMedical knows a bit of 411 and was able to sex the plants and both were females.

the pic below is the progeny of my accident-gear’s F1 I call Exotic Frost, [Island Chill x Blizzard]. Sun grown. I cant wait to get a sample of her.
I gave him some amendments to top dress her in hopes of boosting some micro nutes and fueling the rest of the eventual growth.
she is about 4 or so feet now, so i imagine shs gone be a big girl. I think she looks great for a first time grow. And im pretty jazzed my ‘gear’ is producing viable progeny to hunt and enjoy.

Comments

Lol, hang in there… there is a method to my inner crazy..

but a spoiler preview: My Suki seed was a Skydancer cultivar. several peeps her esp. were very welcoming when i joined here and set down roots. Then several weeks into the grow, I bartered for a Blueberry Auto, and of course I had to name her @blue, you had a different Ava then that i liked (but the new Ava skin is smashing! /heart eyes).

I mean everyone here pert near is hella nice and very VERY helpful! Its a dream in the context of this space for sure. But you and @Suki813 are impressionable and I figured yous twos would enjoy at least.

and Busty… heh, well she is not a forum namesake. She is my PhotoBombshell that I mistakenly thought was an auto for like … (brace yourself) Ten Weeks! Which is good veg time for my first photo.. and ive cut clones cause why not make this whole party a wild one AmIRight?!? So ill make lemonaide from this and get my training on the go this summer rather than next winter when I had planned on the transition. But I named her Busty because she is the “Musty Buffalo” cultivar freebie I got when i sourced some beans. flip the starts..

Busty Muffalo. The Musty Buffalo. The Hulk was Ed Norton, but now is Mark Ruffalo!

She is DANK! and LOUD AF. i could not leave the water only cut out with my pepper seedlings, so I imagine when the blooms start going my filter will be tested!..

more updates forthcoming!

Good to know, I replied in your thread @Bob's Auto's .. Im not sure I have official talley, but I definitely will from here on out. Coincidentally more curious about it too as I need to see what my 1 Gal average/ceiling yield range is. and also for my Bro-Sci-Badge certificate ill need hard data for the fellow geeks n number-nerds to crunch and analyze and plot on their matrices. (Lol that Garlic Breath cart is singing tonight!)

thanks again Bob that is good looking out :bighug::headbang:
