Harvest time notes.

There were a couple things i did differently this time.

First notable change was: I went with near 48hrs of LIGHT instead of DARK at the end. I did so in phases. Phase 1, i turned the light to min for the last day of water (Wednesday) lights are off at 19:15 during flower cycle (probably weird and oddly specific, but works for me haha) but instead i went to ALL ON. from here Phase II, I raised the light to max height and max power until 6:15the next morning Thursday. This morning i turned the lights back down to minimum power but remained at max height for the day Friday and most of the day on Sat. I harvested about 18:30 Sat. I normally harvest first thing in the morning of harvest day, but schedule was pressing for other things.

so besides the full light cycle at the end, i also ‘wet trimmed’ the big fan leaves ahead of the dry. Normally i just chop hand and trim dry trim everything after. What i am hoping is that this style of hybrid wet trimming/dry trimming combo can serve my needs. It so far has proved to be worth my time. Hopefully the new dry type pans out. I am hoping to sry 7-10 Days then buck n into sealed Grove bags to cure for at least a fortnight. (if not two, which i am aiming for, but have not had stash in a while and know myself all too well…)

Shot Caller x Blizzard F1 (Frost Bite) she smells of Earthy funk and spice and some dank notes (that Anis thing the Blizzard passed) when i cut her fan leaves.

Skydancer (the thicc chic) She smells like straight up lube oil gas station funk. She Dank. She Loud. She gone be a good med.

Island Chill x Blizzard (Exotic Frost) She has a Sweet Spice Anis thing. Kinda sweet and floral with that slight earth tone, but not as gasy as the Shot caller x Blizzard F1

Watomints. She is the terp queen. She smells like a sweet watermelon candy that has a splash of menthol in there. (Think Halls)

Lol, hang in there… there is a method to my inner crazy..

but a spoiler preview: My Suki seed was a Skydancer cultivar. several peeps her esp. were very welcoming when i joined here and set down roots. Then several weeks into the grow, I bartered for a Blueberry Auto, and of course I had to name her @blue, you had a different Ava then that i liked (but the new Ava skin is smashing! /heart eyes).

I mean everyone here pert near is hella nice and very VERY helpful! Its a dream in the context of this space for sure. But you and @Suki813 are impressionable and I figured yous twos would enjoy at least.

and Busty… heh, well she is not a forum namesake. She is my PhotoBombshell that I mistakenly thought was an auto for like … (brace yourself) Ten Weeks! Which is good veg time for my first photo.. and ive cut clones cause why not make this whole party a wild one AmIRight?!? So ill make lemonaide from this and get my training on the go this summer rather than next winter when I had planned on the transition. But I named her Busty because she is the “Musty Buffalo” cultivar freebie I got when i sourced some beans. flip the starts..

Busty Muffalo. The Musty Buffalo. The Hulk was Ed Norton, but now is Mark Ruffalo!

She is DANK! and LOUD AF. i could not leave the water only cut out with my pepper seedlings, so I imagine when the blooms start going my filter will be tested!..

more updates forthcoming!

Good to know, I replied in your thread @Bob's Auto's .. Im not sure I have official talley, but I definitely will from here on out. Coincidentally more curious about it too as I need to see what my 1 Gal average/ceiling yield range is. and also for my Bro-Sci-Badge certificate ill need hard data for the fellow geeks n number-nerds to crunch and analyze and plot on their matrices. (Lol that Garlic Breath cart is singing tonight!)

thanks again Bob that is good looking out :bighug::headbang:
