Friday Night Lights

Happy Friday! Glad to put this week behind me after destroying one of my beautiful little plants like a clumsy imbecile! Lesson learned, keep it moving, and moving it certainly is! My kush mints should be popping pistils any day now. The calyx on the main stem have orange at the tips of some of the white hairs now and they are getting fat. Calyx have formed on all the aux branch bud sites and they have turned light green themselves. She has been a thirsty girl too, drying out every two days when I slip her a finger. It has been hotter the past few days and I have my small LED supplementing her to right at 70,000 LUX which is perfect. I bought the spider farmer 6 inch fan and filter with controller so I can get rid of some of the extra heat. I don’t want to have to run four fans LOL. PH/PPM/EC all in check, just cruising along.

Now my double grape, my soul survivor! She’s sad without her sister but she promised to grow nice and big to makeup for being lonely! She has certainly been drinking her share of water and then taking her sisters drink too. I saturated her 5 gallon and she was dry in 24! My only complaint was the EC was a tad high because I was only spraying before, never gave her a pounding until waterfalls. It should work itself out with regular feedings getting down to the bottom of the pot. I was extremely happy with her growth rate so she got topped too. As I predicted it didn’t phase her one bit and I’m going to start staking her down tonight or tomorrow! She’s getting around 35,000 LUX at the current height.

The sound of spring peeper frogs was deafening here by the old beaver dam! Crazy sounding when you just domed a spliff

Well that’s all for now! TGIF
