Here I have my last 3 glue breath beans, just popped their heads up this morning. I do not know if these seeds are fem or not. Like I mentioned before, these seeds came from a female plant that hermied, and pollinated a motorbreath. So I have no idea what I am about to get. I have a bit of an idea, because I popped one of the 4 about 2 1/2 years ago, and she was so beautiful that I have kept her around ever since. One of her buds is my profile, I lolve her that much. Her taste is hard to describe, but her looks are so unique. White and silver buds, with deep, dark flossy green leaves, wide indica fingers, and no central cola. Shes Perfect for SCROGging, but is a monster to deal with in terms of trimming and training, so I wanted to pop the others to see what I've got in there. There might be an easier to trim pheno. They might all be males. I do know that they were getting old, and I had to pull all 3 seed casings off of them, or they would have been trapped in there and died. that's NOT an easy thing to do safely.
Here are some bud/body photos of the one I ahve going, so you can see what I hope to grow out of these 3. I will get photos of the babies next round, when you can actually see them clearly. their heads arean't even all the way turned yet.

(an FYI- the dark green is what the leaves actually look like. The photos that have lighter leaves, it is caused by my flash. They are deep emerald.)

About author
Lilly_of_the_Zoo
I am a grower of decent experience, but not decades. I consider myself to have a good idea of what I am doing, but not quite at a professional level yet. Until very recently I have had to devote too much time to my studies to do that, but I am hoping to take things to the next level here in the near future, and appreciate any help. I grow mostly autos, mostly Mephisto, with a few random strains thrown in here and there to make things interesting. I have two solid photo phenos I have as clones, but my auto strains are constantly changing. I would love to grow, possibly breed, some good CBD strains, but haven't found what I am looking for yet. Feel free to leave comments, questions, on any of my postings. I'm pretty good at replying, because I work online in graphic design.

Great photo's and good job. I am subbed into learn and share. I have grown a few Mephisto's strains and love em.

why thank you! I'm in the process of filling up my blog with what I currently have growing. I'm perpetually harvesting, planting, and there's always something interesting going on. Not only my glue breath, but i also have 5 mystery seeds I dropped at the same time. Its just the GB was just so strong, they popped up within 48 hrs of planting (from a soak till they sank) . I'll be starting a journal on them when they come up. I would love to share and get help with those too because I have no idea what they are! they could be literally anything cannabis.

Very nice. I'm all for the keeping of genetics by smaller growers, and that looks a lovely plant. I had a similar issue myself, with a Jamaican Haze & was rewarded with a single lovely female in the last seed.

Can't wait to see more.

Me either. The one i have of her growing now, is really a pain to deal with. She get light stressed SO easy. does NOT like more than 14 hours of light, period. and she HATES LED light. Once I drop her down to 12/12 , and her spectrum changes some, she goes from a light green, scraggly streesed out mama to the lush tree you see in the photo with the DARK leaves(blue background). They look like two different plants. If you dont do at least 2 drastic trims, and some intensive training out,you won't get much but some amazing tops, and a whole lotta larf. She was one of my first 5 plants to pop (the other 4 were mephisto)and she's the primary reason I've gotten as good at shaping plants as I have. It would be nice to get both a male and female out of these seeds. She reminds me so much of that old school Northern Lights I used to get, and you don't see much anymore. drives me crazy not knowing her lineage

unfortunately, all my seeds were female:( my search continues for a male like her. It was funny, NEITHER of her sisters was anything like her either. One I call Lemon Funk, I'm keeping her. the other was soso. skinny, not a lot of bud. REALLY weak stems. flopping all over the place. My chances of finding a male thats like her now, are slim to none. You just dont see Northern Lights out there much anymore... unless I'm missing a strain? You got any suggestions for a Nor Lights-leaning male? I was REALLY hoping that one of them would be a male.
