Indoor 12/12 autos

hi guys just realised im gonna have to do my current auto on 12/12 and wondered if anyone had tried it before in hydro that would care to share their experience with it. whats the difference in yield? does it make them flower early, over stretch or any other complications i might be in for?
any feedback would be greatly appreciated as im struggling to find anyone thats done it. thanks in advance : )

As far a i know it's a massive no-no they need at least 18 on 6 off.... I'd say don't bother

I had a small tent with autos that were getting 24/0 and doing great, but then I had to get rid of the tent while they were in mid flower and stick them in another tent with fems who were on 12/12. Since then, they have kept growing, but slowly, and the buds don't feel as thick or dense as they might.
