150 watt mini sunburst HPS or single T5

Question, would you use the 150 watt HPS or a single t5 6500 lumens for vegging one plant seedling?any advice would be greatly appreciated

I don't think a single t5 would be enough by itself.

T5 is great for seedlings. I can't confirm which is better. I vote for t5 -1 week. Then both.
I'm only answering out of boredom. I have no idea/experience
