For anyone that missed the grow, here's how it went down - the short version ;)

Don't worry about too many questions bro that's what I'm here for :)

Start of germination: 6/9/13
End of harvest: 9/12/13
So that's 95 days total including germination. Please bare in mind I stunted this girl at the beginning so a healthy specimen will most likely finish a lot sooner than this girl :)

And with the drying I had enough smaller sized buds to fill two draws and then all of the larger main colas I wanted to leave in one piece, this is where I placed just one layer of bubble wrap inside the draw to cushion the buds as they dried for the first day or two, all three draws were placed in my tent to control to humidity for drying and the odour. I've put the first batch into a jar this morning and will check RH in 2-4 hours, if we're in range then the curing process will begin today and I'll grab a few more photos for you guys. The larger colas are now hang drying to maintain even moisture distribution whilst drying.

Hope this helps brother dude :peace:

Starting the curing process today so snapped a few pics for you guys, I'm leaving the bigger colas for another few hours before trimming and jarring as the stems aren't quite snapping yet. I'll be having my first preview smoke this evening pre cure so I'll keep you all posted :)

Thanks you kindly for the rep :peace:

Gonna be posting the dry weight later today so if anyone wants to take a guess for fun, now's your chance! I'm afraid the winner won't be receiving any kind of prize other than my amazement/respect

Cheers Pal,just wondered about the box also as I have some chopped but some still growing so I have no room to dry yet.

But I read that to put the buds in a box and in the tent. Don't know I'd its OK to put bud, card, bud, card inside a box. Not too heavy though.

My advice would be use the cardboard box in the same way you would dry in brown paper bags, create an even layer of bud along the bottom of the box (like you saw me do in each draw). If you over fill you may run the risk of bud rot in high RH and nobody wants that! Most people dry inside their grow tent because they have more control over the environment i.e temps odour and humidity to ensure the buds dry out nicely.
Another little thought if you type "perfect cure" in the little search box there will be a thread called something like "The time we all work so hard for, achieving the perfect cure" if you've not seen/read this then you're in a for a treat as it is a very detailed description of the curing method, it's helped me a lot with this harvest and is a must read for all growers I think! :peace:
