Hey everyone so im putting my seeds into their pots tonight after soaking them for 26 hours or so. What light schedule should i have them on? Should i just go with 20/4 straight away, even before they have broken threw the soil?Or should i go easy on them till they brake the soil?? And how far should i have 400wt hps away from them 2ft??

Hows things Brian,gd to see ur al set & ready to grow. Hav the seeds cracked yet & showin the tap root? I use my T5 110w light for the 1st 2wks on for 24hrs then they ar moved under my main grow light at 20-4. Im fairly sure 2ft would b ok wi ur 400w but keep an eye on them for sure. Hope it al goes well for u m8,,,,,:smokebuds:

One Seed has sank to the bottom of the glass and the rest are baely floating now. I was think i would be good to go now once ive made up the soil batch?? Thanks for the comment man.

I dont know man i was adviced to do this method. So im just going to go ahead with it and see.

Ok so all seeds sank at around 24.00 All 4 seeds were planted into there final pots with (pre-watered) full duplex's soil recipe and about 30 -50% perlite in each pot. I put a hole about 4" into the middle of the soil and filled it with peate moss and more perlite, misted and then covered the pots with cling film. Poked some holes in the cling film and gave the tent and the general area a good mist. 400wt hps is now on and its just over 2ft above the plants. Now not sure on temps and humidity because i just finished doing everything. Guess il just wait a while and let the tent heat up, wish me luck guys!! I really hope i did nothing wrong.
Oh yeah ment to say water was ph'd at about 6.4. Hopefully il be smoking up with everyone soon :group:

Please Anyone help me out? Im worried that im doing things wrong. Real noob here!! My rh% keeps dropping below 40% every 2 hours or so. So Should i just mist the tent and area inside till it goes back up to 50-60% and leave it and check again every two hours?? Also should i have anyventilation or a fan running yet? or is it to soon for that? Thank you for your time in advance

I dont think you need to worry about the rh that much, ive had 100% germ rates so far, i put the seeds in a glass of water until they sink, and then put them into the soil about 1/2 an inch deep. My rh is usually round about 40, i dont cover the pots with cling film or anything else and all of my seeds have sprouted.

Subbed for your grow, you are grown tthe same plants as me, will be interrsting to see they compare! My polar lights is still givving mr grief!

Cool man nice one i may check out your grow too. Thanks for the advice man was really worried there but i hope they should be fine. I put the seed about an inch or less deep into the 4 inch hole and covered. How often do you mist them?
