Indoor 24 hour light cycle

Hey AFN, has anyone ran an auto grow with lights on 24/7 through the whole grow? If you have, how was your outcome? Do Auto plants need down time as well? Any advice on this would be appreciated. Thanks, briman:thumbs:

I have done several 24/7 grows and completed them just fine. Here is Blue Streak that was on 24/7 with 3-4 65w CFL bulbs under a kitchen in my spare room.

I have done 24/0, but I prefer 18/6 I think the dark helps get some height.....
