New Grower 250 HPS | autos NL + skunk#1 + withe widow sensi seeds

All 3 girls have now long white pistils. I have a doubt, when should i start count flowering stage? Should i consider 2 first weeks with pistils pré-flowering and then start counting the flowering time or immediatly after first pistils? i have seen many different opinions on this, how's that with autos?
Meanwhile, the girls just love to hang out with their photos sisters sunbathing on the beach

Almost 5 weeks and the girls are flowering! Made them a good flush today and now i will let the soil dry really good before watering again, next feed will be 2ml/l. The skunk is much bigger then the other 2, it is now 65cm height while the others are 45cm, without the LST they would probably be 75cm and 55cm. At the moment they have been under the 250HPS because bad weather this last couple of days.

As you can see, the Skunk#1 is one pot higher then the others
Almost 5 weeks and the girls are flowering! Made them a good flush today and now i will let the soil dry really good before watering again, next feed will be 2ml/l. The skunk is much bigger then the other 2, it is now 65cm height while the others are 45cm, without the LST they would probably be 75cm and 55cm. At the moment they have been under the 250HPS because bad weather this last couple of days.

As new grower, i dont really know if they are doing okay for their age, but looking on other auto journals, i think they are fine.
Hy-pro Terra - 2,5ml/l today, the skunk is 1m high and the others are around 75cm. sorry for the image quality.

White Widow - 78cm
Northern Lights - 76cm
They have been on balcony with 10 hours daylight (8 hours direct sun) + 6 hours under 250 hps 80cm away (Photosensitive are already flowering, so i just open the tent and get them near the door).

80cm seems a long way off for a 250w hps,i used to keep mine about 30-45cm,with no burn.
Have you had it lower,and it burnt them?
Pleased to hear your a Red,ive had 50 years supporting them.I used to go to games regular in the early 70s.Shankleys era.I got married in 75 and couldnt afford to travel anymore.Woe is me,lol.
