New Grower 2nd easy ryder grow.

hi Green m8. so glad my " oh keep it simple" aproach is working. i know the end result could be better if i used nutes and corrected my air extraction for better air circulation, and ph'ed my water but these easy ryders really dont care and will grow well enough for my useage. one plant will keep me in smoke for the time its takes to grow another two. so that means every grow of two plants i can stockpile one plants worth of harvest.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey guys i have a huge problem. on my last grow i had a light fall down onto the plant and burnt the whole top off so it never really formed a top cola(still got a good wield tho 32g). my problem is on this grow zebedee is living up to her name is still getting bigger due to a huge top cola getting bigger. and ive run out of room. Is it ok to gently tie the the top cola over?????????????????????. gonna give her a water later and hopefully tie her over after the stem have sucked up some moisture(softer stems = easier to tie over).
IS it a good idea?????????????????????????????????// i dont really have much of an option tho. doh!!!!!!!!!!!!! really did exspect her to get this big.i will post pics later, got the other half moaning for me to clear garden and do a dump run. hopefully catch you all later.

well heres a quick pic update. just had a smoke so cant for the life of me be arsed to work out what day it is today. think its day 53ish. i know i like seeing bud porn so here's a little for anyone who is watching this grow. all pics are of one of the smaller buds on lowest branch.(was the easiest to photograph with lights on).
all pics are of the same bud but zoomed for each shot.
im been shocked how sticky this little darling is.
not really much smell coming of her.
i rubbed a leaf at the start of the week and she smelt of mink(how bizarre, but if i remember right my first grow smelt the same for a while).
in generalle she is really starting to fatten up.
hope the trics pics work.

looking good, yeh easyrders are super tric covered. good for making hash with trimmings.

i had 2 phenos last time i grew one smelled like citrus'ish fruityness the other like old meat and garbage but in a nice way. maybe i havent smelled enough mink to link them in my head hmm.

about the tall plant if you have floorspace you could just lay it on its side slowly over a few days and itll then grow up from a horizontal stem if you get me. if not and its really a problem it spretty late but if you can bend it slowly over a good few days, tie a thick string to it and tighten the line a bit every day that might be an idea.
id be careful the stems snap alot easier in flower i find.

Hi peeps quick update. Oh my little cotton socks. Shes truely surpassed my expectation on size and potential yield. I say potential yield because ive taken a closer look at the trics and stil 100% clear. Noticed today a distinct fattening of calaxis (I know its spelt wrong), and loads of new groath.
Im thinking maybe another week possilby two. That would it week 9 to10. So pretty much as per JD's discription.
Gotta say I love these easy ryder but wanna try something along the old school route. Loved white widow when it hit the uk all them years ago would love to try an auto widow. Even an auto norther lights.

well its day 59 and zebedee is really frosty.
still 100% clear trics, also still new groath on the buds.
tieing down the mian cola isnt bothering her. shes just started to yellow the lower leaves.
anyone fancy hazarding a quess how long till chop???? not sure how long it takes the trics to turn colour?????????????

mine were about 80 days, got really fat and dense. the ones im doing now i think ill leave them till 85 or so.
id say yours will be a bit longer around 75-85 depending on how you want it but maybe your pheno will finish quicker.

Cheers Bgrt. I know what you mean about the buds, I gave them a squeez yesterday and thet are solid and dense( really impressed what you can get from cfl). Another week/maybe two and im gonna have me some nice toke. Hopefully she is gonna yield around the 1 and 1/2 to 2 oz.
